    As if being a woman in general isn't difficult enough we get set upon by this period of hell.
    At 59 am Post-meno but still experiencing symptoms.
    Cold flushes are absolutely no fun at all!

    I'm 45 and for the last few years I had all different things came out that I couldn't explain myself.I had increased joint pains, upper leg pains and digestive issues.I have got gluten allergy all of a sudden and my old eczema flared up again.I have got shingles too which really surprised the doctor to have shingles at this young age.I couldn't connect the dots so far but now I am beginning to realise they may all be triggered by PMS.I had other more common symptoms like irregular, spotty periods, cramps, headaches, etc since my last child when I had at my 39.I was thinking they are due to my body getting back before-pregnancy state but I fear my PMS might have started earlier than I thought.It is really complicated to pinpoint what is going on with your body when you see all different types of symptoms at the same time.😞

    I am 44 years old and i believe i am now experiencing signs of menopause. For the past 3 months it has got worse. I have been spotting in between periods, very bad fatigue, hair loss and thinning, weight gain, rapid heart rate, digestive problems, achy muscles and joints. I could go on and on. This past week i have noticed bad acne and having more headaches. My husband thinks i am crazy because of my mood swings and i freeze while he is hot. And i have been having crazy dreams. My Mother says she started menopause in her early 40's. I have no energy what so ever and it is so hard to get through my daily chores.

    Yeah, I was starting to wonder if I had Parkinson’s. Turns out it was just plain old menopause. It sure causes a lot of problems for being a natural process of life. I guess you could say something similar about a hurricane.

    I have always had poor balance but lately I've been falling and feeling like I'm going to faint or fall forward. I feel "crooked" I know that doesn't make much sense. Very lightheaded often, and this will happen when I'm just sitting at my desk, not due to standing up suddenly or anything. Vertigo?

      YEAH ME TOO. I am finding out new symptoms all the time. Although I rarely meet any other ladies with the same thing. Or no one talks about it. I feel like I am the only one walking around like I've got a tranquilliser dart in my behind. How can I work all day with this going on ? " oh excuse me , you dont mind if I faint in front of you , or you dont mind if i lay on the office floor till the vertigo passes ? " lol 6 months on still waiting for the HRT to do SOMETHING !!!!

    Hello, I'm 49 yrs old had twins at 24 and my youngest at 35. for the past couple of years (around 40) I've been going through all this weird symptoms, (headaches, leg cramps, stomach problems, vertigo, pain in right side of neck, anxiety, palpitations, cold, flushies! night sweats and periods that last 2-3 days) The Drs can't give me an answer - they send me back and forth🥺 which is soo draining. the past 3 years I had vertigo and now going through the lightheaded feeling even as I'm sitting down (I feel like I'm going to the right side) recently the dry mouth started too, that scares me, esp at night! - any recommendation? and does this go away!? 🥺

      These are all quite common symptoms in the menopause and you are in the normal age range for this to start - 45-55; have any of the doctors tested you to see if you are in the menopause?

    • @AvogelCoUk
      @AvogelCoUk  2 роки тому

      Hi Renee
      Lack of food can certainly cause dizziness so it is important to try and eat well. If you don't fancy eating you may find a protein powder drink every day can help. Dizziness can also be caused by other health issues such as low blood pressure so it is wise to get this checked by your doctor as well.

    I feel very flat. Not sad, not happy, not excited...nothing. I’m exhausted most of the time. No energy and no desire to do things that once brought me joy. My periods stopped 3 years ago? I’m losing A LOT of hair. Are my current symptoms normal for this stage?

    • @wyrdwitch13
      @wyrdwitch13 5 років тому +2

      I would look into adrenal fatigue/exhaustion as a possible cause. You can get 4 point saliva cortisol test to find out how your adrenals are functioning. The symptoms you describe match advanced adrenal dysfunction scrapper900.

      @scrapper900 5 років тому +1

      Oona Voluspa Thank You. I will do that.

    • @wyrdwitch13
      @wyrdwitch13 5 років тому

      I developed advanced adrenal fatigue from a combination of hormonal changes from perimenopause (the process places extra work onto the adrenals) and lots of high level stress. I had all the symptoms you mention and more. Got the saliva cortisol test which confirmed this & have been following basic protocols plus some extra vitamins I tested low on & am at least 50% better already. Hope you get the answers & help you need to reclaim health!

      @@wyrdwitch13 hi can you plz tell me what is adrenal fatigue

    • @wyrdwitch13
      @wyrdwitch13 5 років тому +1

      The adrenal glands (which are located above the kidneys) become under-functioning from any number of imbalances in the body. There are different stages of it & many different symptoms depending on the stage & severity level, as well as which other body systems are compromised from it. If you google adrenal fatigue you can get all the information from other sources. I am not an expert, just one person who was diagnosed with it.

      Hi Muna
      The herb Gingko biloba is known to help with memory and concentration and you could also add in a Vitamin B Complex 50mg. Remember to drink lots of plain water every day, over and above your other drinks, as dehydration is a huge factor in brain fog!!

I will try Ginko Bibola and keep you posted. Thanks again and God bless you. When I first had my surgery 5 yrs ago your videos and few others videos kept me alive....made me feel it’s a normal process and I can go thru this...I was good for first couple of yrs. I got back on my feet but now 5 yrs later, it started to hit...insomnia, loss of smell/taste and brain connectivity is bothering the most....thank you for your videos it’s helping many women around the world like me, God bless you.

    I am approaching 56 and still have my period. Periods are sometimes on schedule and some are a couple of months apart. I find that during the months of no period, I feel shaky onthe inside, kind of like i have been on a riding lawnmower all day long. It actually is annoying as it makes me so out of sorts. Almost like I want to take something to stop it but can’t find out what that would be. Laying down seems to make it more noticeable. I am tired but can’t sleep. 🤪. I randomly will develop headaches with auras and then feel intensely drained. This happened about three months ago and the headaches and neck pain sent me for physical therapy 😢😢😢😢.
    I have not had a doctor tell me it is related to going into peri menopause, but I’m the one tracking all my symptoms and it seems like it to me 😛

    • @AvogelCoUk
      @AvogelCoUk  4 роки тому

      Hi Lynn
      It may be an idea to ask your doctor to test you for low vitamin B12 as this can affect nerve function. You could also try a magnesium supplement, approx 150mg twice a day to see if that helps. Acupuncture can often help with mysterious menopause symptoms so worth checking out!

    • @lynnmoore4377
      @lynnmoore4377 4 роки тому

      Not only on left side. Kind of like an all over feeling.
      All my symptoms are gone for now, but like I mentioned, weird things seem to surface when i start my period, and I have not had one for two months now see!!!!! I honestly think i have a surge of estrogen and it causes weird things to happen. May sound strange to some, but only I can know what I am feeling on the inside. It is just a weird sensation.
      I keep a journal of my cycles so I can kinda monitor when this strange feeling appears. The neck strain is the worst when you are trying to keep working 😝

      @@lynnmoore4377 I thought it could be a spiritual awakening as well. The reason why,because I'm the same as you EXACTLY the same period on and off,I've had blood tests the lot and shaking like a lawnmower inside,auras you name it.
      Blood tests come back ok... and I carried on researching and the only other 1,was a spiritual awakening.
      I told a friend who's a retired doctor, and he said that to me,I was quite shocked.. The blood test was for vitamins b1 b12 etc etc ms, nerve damage,Parkinson's,diabetes.. and nothing was wrong I was ok,but for another doctor to tell me this,I'm very shocked,and I'm 44 and I've been taking vitamins.. I suggest you take a blood test, but research "spiritual awakenings" see if you have the tremors inside of your body, as you said a lawnmower.. mmmm are you spiritual by any chance.
