    Thank you, you are making me feel so much better. No one told me about this. My memory has taken a down turn, & I am relatively young. I felt like I needed a brain mri or an early Alzheimer’s test. You have such comforting mannerisms.

      Hi Norma
      I use an organic face wash and I love organic olive oil or argan oil soaps. I get these from my local health shop so there is a good variety to chose from. You don't need to get expensive ones, as long as they are organic that is fine!

    Thank you so much for this helpful information. I was so worried about myself and thought I was in early stage of Alzheimer's. I even talk to my doctor about it several times. She advised me to drink gingobiloba, and B12 which I take every day, along with physical excersise and brain puzzles. I also read up alot about the brain fog. I feel so much relief now listening to you and reading every one experiences. Thank you so much.

    I have also been losing more of my short term memory. I was very worried. I feel I have "cotton wool" in my brain and keep forgetting things. I am in my early 50s. It it quite distressing at times. I don't have "hot flushes" as much as before, but still feel hot surgers in my body during the day or at night.

    Thank you once more time A Vogel .
    My question is: I experience some symptom in my head or brain fill like things are running inside .I went twice to my doctor he can found anything just prescribed me 6 months with depression tables what can I do ?to help me not filling like that?A Vogel help me? Anyone else have or went through before with such a symptom?

    • @AvogelCoUk
      @AvogelCoUk  2 роки тому

      Hi Gorette
      This is a bit of a mystery symptom! I can suggest a few things for you to try, to see if they help.
      Make sure you are drinking plenty of plain water every day as dehydration can affect the brain.
      Try to avoid caffeine and high salt and sugar foods
      Stiff shoulder/neck muscles could be a trigger so you may find a shoulder/neck massage helpful
      Neuralgia of the facial nerves could be a factor so you may find acupuncture helpful
      A trapped nerve in the neck could trigger nerve pain so a Chiropractor could be helpful
      Toothache or poor dental hygiene could be a factor so it may be worth checking with your dentist.
      Hope these help!

    Hi could you please explain is it good to take hrt or is it better not to and if you did take hrt does the symptoms come back when you stop taking them and do you have to go through it from where you left

    • @AvogelCoUk
      @AvogelCoUk  10 місяців тому

      Hi there, I can't say whether it is good to take HRT or not, some women do find it helpful and others prefer to take that natural route. But yes, when you take HRT it delays the menopause in a sense so when you come off HRT the symptoms can return if you are still in menopausal years or can be caused by the drop in synthetic hormones from the HRT. This can be minimised by tapering off HRT slowly.

    • @AvogelCoUk
      @AvogelCoUk  Рік тому

      Hi Regina
      This is a really difficult question to answer as it is different for everyone, sorry. However, this can sometimes depend on your general health, stress levels and diet so looking after yourself well can often lead to a shorter menopause!

    Now the biggest question is: How long does this last?

    • @AvogelCoUk
      @AvogelCoUk  3 роки тому +1

      Hi DM
      Unfortunately, this is a difficult question to answer as it is different for every woman, sorry. For some it may last just a short while or it could be a phase that lasts for a year or more but for some it may occur all through the menopause.
      Doing some of the self-care tips such as drinking more water and eating well can often be of benefit in decreasing the severity or duration of this.
      Sorry, I can't be more precise.
