Ingredient list:
Salmon,cubed
4 garlic cloves,minced
1/2 cup, honey
1 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp,Onion powder
1 1/2 tbsp, smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
12 Oz broccoli
1 lb, green beans
3 tbsp low cholesterol butter
2 tbsp, salt free dash seasoning
1/2 Tsp, red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
Salmon cooking directions:
Dear salmon on each side for 2-3 minutes
Finish cooking in the oven on 400degrees for 6 minutes or until fully cooked.

I have to say THANK YOU, because this salmon recipe was delicious and easy. As a Matt of fact I went through I don’t know how many recipes on UA-cam to find this again. So I’m writing it down this time so I don’t lose it again. This was absolutely delicious.
I love your videos. Here's something I do to remove the salmon skin. In a basin, place the filet skin side up pour boiling water over the the entire surface. The skin will loosen almost instantly, so immediately place on a cutting board.
Grab one end of the skin and pull the skin off. This works for any method of cooking you prefer.
Just tried this for my first meal prep week and got a small taste of the salmon and it is so good!!!

Hey babe 💕 I was thinking next time you cook salmon try putting boiling water on the skins back to loosen the skin then try to peel it back for a easier pull 😅 hope this helps

Great knife skills. What do you do with the parts you cut off
I've been fishing over 50 years, and cleaning my own fish for 48. I can tell you a secret; that fish skin will come off much more cleanly and easily if you flip it skin side down and then using a very sharp (preferably filet) knife you slide the knife under the meat, rather than skin-up. With a small amount of practice your fillets will be beautiful and have no waste at all.
Hey Chaz I’m a new subscriber. Tip to remove skin from salmon( boiled hot water pour over skin side give it a few seconds and begin to peel. Just wanted to share.

Greetings, I love your prep presentation very well done, Thank You! I have a favorite I would like to see you prepare, that is either goat or Lamb this two meat are lean animals they both are vegetarian gaining weight from eat these two meat are no problem, in fact its the healthiest of the red meat along with bison, depending on where you live, purchasing these two or three meats maybe pricing in your area.I would be thrill to see your prep for theses meats mention, Thank You I do enjoy that you keep it simple. Wait can you please let us know if you boiled water first and then added the honey glaze sauce? I saw something boiling first and then you added the sauce…can you please clarify? Thank you!
How long does the salmon stay in the oven? And on what temperature? And can you share more details on the sauce? Did you add additional water to boil it?

Once you lift up that first piece… hold it with the paper towel like u did and with the other hand slide it up the salmon the skin come right off

Try boiling some water then slowly pour it over the skin. Then peel the skin off!

Next time you cut the skin off flip the salmon over so the skin is facing down.
