1 1/4 lbs salmon - skin removed
2 tbsps garlic infused olive oil
Hot and Original All-Purpose Seasoning (or cajun seasoning, salt and pepper)
chile powder
1-2 tbsps butter
3 tbsps minced garlic
1-2 tbsps hoison sauce
3 tbsps low sodium soy sauce
2 tbsps apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp ginger paste
1/4 cup honey

Made this tonight, and the hubby loved it! He said that I could make it any time I wanted. Our daughter had the salmon, no sauce. I served it with seasoned rice. Yummy!
