In todays video, we’re creating simple, affordable & easy meal preps + detox juices that are extremely beneficial for us on our weight loss journey.
My goal is to create meal preps that are affordable for our weekly budget and meal preps that are easy to create. Which takes little time and little effort.

Ingredients
Pineapple Detox Juice:
1 pineapple
1 large cucumber
1” Ginger
3 cups, water
1 lemon, squeezed
Orange & Ginger Wellness Shots:
3 Large Oranges
Ginger
1/3 cup, water
Green Machine Detox Juice:
1 large cucumber
3-4 celery stalks
2 green apples
3 cups, spinach
Ginger
Honey-Jerk chick Pea Power Bowl:
1-2 cans(30 oz) Chick peas(drained)
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp Jerk seasoning
1 tsp Ginger garlic pimento
1 tsp paprika
2 tsp Caribbean all-purpose seasoning
2 Tbsps, honey
1 large cucumber, diced
1 cup+ vegan non-diary feta cheese
PIco de gallo;
2 tomatoes, diced
1/2 red onion, diced
1/4 cup, cilantro
1 lime, squeezed
Teriyaki Chicken Power Bowl:
2 Chicken breast, halved
2 lbs, Vegetable stir fry mix
2 tbsps, garlic salt
1 tbsp onion powder
1/2 tsp, black pepper
1/2 tbsp, paprika
2 tbsps, avocado oil or grape seed oil

Where do you buy your fruits? They are so pretty and not bruised. The only time I get nice fruits and veggies, is from Harris Teeter or Publix's.

Thank you so much for tuning in girlie! Yes, I usually dilute a few recipes with water depending on how much ginger I decide to add. I always add water into the pineapple detox juices as well.
How long do you keep your smoothies in the fridge?
Wish I could do the detox but I’m allergic to pineapple.. is there any other fruit I can use to substitute for the pineapple

hiii i’m someone who started at a weight of 217 and lost her 60 lbs and now i’m at a 154 lbs today. what i did was pilates only two times a week, drank hella water, regular dog walks (like 5/10 mins literally) and i just made sure to cook all my foods with natural ingredients so that way i know what’s going into my body :) also calorie deficit!!! Big breakfast smaller lunch snack light dinner 👍

They're both pretty similar in my opinion.
The main thing I disliked was the produce getting trapped. Which caused the juicing to slow down, longer cleaning time and etc.

i like that u aint using no $700 juicer lol cos honestly a person dont need a super expensive juicer to get the job done lol i was looking for inexpensive juicers and its nice that you are showing that this one works well for only $129 without discount but right now the price is even lower because theres a $33 coupon bringing it down to $98 thats nice

I diluted the pineapple detox juice with water.
Feta is one of my favorite cheeses but I’ve never seen a vegan alternative.
It's defiantly a fav in my book. Exactly, I never knew a vegan alternative was sold. But, I was so glad I seen it and gave it a try. The taste is normal and you would never guess that the "feta cheese" was vegan!! lol so good, Girl!
