Hi Chaz I’m on my Weightloss journey and I’m so glad I came across this video. I did something similar as your clean rice. I did a 21 day no meat challenge. One of my recipes was sautéed spinach mushrooms garlic and onions in butter and olive oil. Once they were done I added my rice. My husband loved it and asked for it again. I’m definitely doing those Turkey bowls. This entire menu is bomb. I bough those rice paper wraps last week so to see that in your video tells me I’m on the right track. I’m cutting back on the meat as well. I’m not eating it every day. I was diagnosed with stage 3 ckd. The doctors assured me that I can reverse it. I learned most people did it by going vegan. So I call myself vegetarianish not quite vegan or vegetarian but dabbling. It’s amazing how much lighter I feel. Since starting my personal challenge last month I’ve lost 16 pounds. I’ve eaten meat since then but I noticed I don’t crave it the same way I use to. This is a great video now let me binge watch your other content 🥰
Chaz finding your channel is a miracle. I’m on board for eating healthy for a lifestyle, however, there is lots of confusion and over paying for food that’s not good for your pallet for some us who enjoy natural foods that’s not bland and boring. I enjoyed everything that was presented and will do my best to succeed with the importance of taste and portion sizes. This is the best I’ve in years. It’s great to see other people who are getting healthy and motivating others too. I’ve lost weight twice after having kids and now I’m on the journey again after my 3rd baby. This time around I made my own healthy lifestyle journals/planners. I’m using them and sell them too. If those can help at least 1 person to change their life then I’ll be happier.

Himalayan sea salt and sea salt are fine. However, if you take iodine out of your diet, you're going to end up with thyroid disease. Simply use iodine salt in moderation.

I cook my Kale in low sodium chicken broth....try it , its a game changer! I also cook my cabbage that way! Definitely going to try those meatballs and the healthy dirty rice!

I just bought frozen berries to make homemade kefir fruit yogurt. I’ve been on Carnivore and it turned off my appetite so I’m jumping on what I call (CARNIKETO) meat and greens. I just added the kefir from live kefir grains with 1/2 c. Berries and monk fruit sweetener. Yum. I found some keto rice. It’s only 4. Net carbs for my helping. So I’m adding that to my. ( CARNIKETO ) diet. I have used Hemp for a fried rice but I’m happy to find keto rice
I’m just started my weight loss journey and have been looking for some meal prep recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. But I haven’t came across anything that has peeked my eye until now. 🎉 Your food looks so good. Im a picky eater, but slowly I have been trying new things here and there, but im excited to try your dishes😊 I work at a bakery so it is very difficult for me to not eat all the bad food that’s around me 24/7, so I feel with you recipes I will be able to do it. nice prep great ideas I feel like u did a great job but I feel like that's a lot f rice but I will be making ur lrep and believe me I'm not trying to ut u down a job well done just the rice I'm not sure how much u can eat thank so much may God bless you and continue to prosper on ur channel good luck
Wonderful video. Just be cautious, buying pre-cut veggies is not a good idea because the nutrients start decreasing much quicker. Cut onions especially attract germs, that’s why they’re supposed to be cut right before cooking.
The only thing about sauces you can over do it with calories some people feel oh i only use a little so they don't add the sauces as calories im just saying
Hey! No, mine didn’t. I think it depends on how it’s layered, I guess. But mine was crispy. You can also place them in small to go sauce cups and when you’re ready pour the granola into the jars. ♥️

Don't like my granola too saggy and also other choice of fruits. Thank you so much definitely will try this prep. Also just got a new juicer so everything is looking good.
