I am 70, had both hips replaced and this summer had to have spinal fusion. But, I AM COMITTED to healthy eating, arm work outs and isometric exercises! I also walk on my treadmill and ride my stationary bike.

Hi. I now do all ab workouts with ankle weights and 6.5lb weights in hands if arms over head…not done this one before…that one was TOUGH! I love your motivation. I cant join BURN though… have joined too many gyms and dont want that pressure! I happily workout 4-5 times a week for 30mins on various 10min videos… i would love nutrition advice but i do lots by myself. I am 53…lawyer changing to environmental work (in case interested!) Packaging breaks my heart so trying not to use supplements except whey protein sometimes. Thank you!
