I just complete this tummy excercise for a constipation issue.. Within 5 minutes of this video I had some stool pass. This has worked faster than any stool softener I have ever taken. Just relax breathe sit in the restroom and let gravity do it's job. You may feel pain & discomfort but keep in mind don't panic and take your time. Feel better my darling 🌺🌺Aloha🌺🌺

l used to do these exercises for years and always went straight to the toilet after doing it,until 3 months ago I had a major operation n stopped for 2 months.I began doing again but it didn't work like it did before.I saw your video yesterday n found my problem!I had been doing the same postures but forgot the right way of breathing.Instead of breathe in n squeeze,I breathe out. This morning,I did it right with the correct breathing,had several loud farts n went pooing right away.Thank you for your video that reminded n got me back to the right track. Thank you so much 🥹 I needed to share my experience since it worked so well! “Note: I’ve been struggling with stomach pain and constipation for about 3 weeks” But it wasn’t a serious constipation until this week, anyways I couldn’t poop for 3 days and i started to feel anxious so here’s what i did: -i did this exercise before going to bed -i did it again when i woke up -ate oatmeal for breakfast “cooked with water and milk for taste “even tho dairy r not good for this time but i need it to tastw” added one small date as a sweetener and topped it with strawberry+peanut butter -also had steamed broccoli (it was so good for my stomach) and drank some warm chamomile -for a snack a ate dates with Tahini “since tahini is good for constipation also” and had it with arabic coffee which’s low in caffeine After the snack I went to the bathroom immediately, it was a bit hard but at least it came out 😅 ----- The next day -did the exercise -brown toast with peanut butter and honey + chamomile -dates and tahini -savory oatmeal for dinner cooked with veggie broth and broccoli “The second day I went to the bathroom twice!! And the second one was so natural it’s like I haven’t had constipation 2 days ago “I also ate alot of strawberries and vegetables and drank so much water” Hope you can get better guys and stay healthy 💪🏼

Well, I did this routine once and it worked immediately afterward! I’m a bit older, and had to modify the leg lifts a bit (lifted with bent knees) but it worked nonetheless. I’ll have to do this daily - thanks!! : )

During the second one, my body leaked gas😂😂 and after that till the end, I can feel my stomach like my intestines are moving and making noises.I think they are doing the job!Thank you♥️
I really thought this wasn't going to work for me but it did. After about 15 minutes I was able to go. I've been only releasing a few little pebbles every couple of days but after doing these exercises I dropped off a mini baseball. 😏 When it hit the water it sounded like a regular size baseball but I m sure it wasn't lol. That's all that came out but I'm going to do these everyday 2 times a day, thank you!!! 💐
Practiced yoga for years. Do daily sun salutations. Trouble is, i use yoga as a sort of gymnastics. Find it hard to gain anxiety relief as such. Anxiety for me, takes form of muscle tension only. Carry muscle tension daily to varying degrees. These excercises look like they might help with the muscle tension, and intermittant constipation. Fingers crossed. Have noticed that an early morning poop, generally makes for a good day.

Gonna do this now... I've been constipated for 1 week, took laxative but it didn't worked, ate fiber and I'm in so much pain... Also lots of bloating bcs of gas, which is literally affecting my back!!
