I have been enjoying this class along with the other yoga with a bolster classes every day since February. My low back and hip pain is gone and I look forward to these classes every morning. I am wondering if you could do a 75 minute class with a bolster in the future? I enjoy the 60 minute classes every day. Keep on your journey with your natural hair colour! I am coming up to two years and still have two tones because of my long hair. I will be turning 60 in December and I am embracing all the beautiful grey mixed with my black hair. This was an amazing practice! I have never done supported seal pose before and that was wonderful. I really like onelegged happy baby. And it was really great to do a full bolster practice in this way. Thanks a lot 🥰
Thank you for another perfect PRACTICE that contributes so much to the body and soul. An idea for those who don't have a BOLSTER - take an old yoga mat, roll it to the appropriate width, wrap it with masking tape and put a pillowcase on it. It gives a beautiful result. 🤩

Hi Devi, I was wearing socks too, it's quite cold here in France 😉
After a lot of trials, I found which supported saddle felt great into my body : a block (lower height, long side) under my tailbone, another one (still lower height but placed horizontally this time) btw my shoulder blades (at the bra line), arms binding behind the head : it feels soooo good😀 But, after this posture, my body was in a need for constrictive rest position instead of 'sarabande with knees over the bolster"😉
