    I work at a computer all day, and this video is perfect for 5 minute breaks throughout the day. Simple, effective, and no-nonsense. I love the soothing music in the background and the very minimal amount of talking. Perfect. And now I'm ready to get back to work!

    I’ve never subscribed to a channel after one video. This was perfect! Felt great, just what I needed for a 5 minute break - no need to get out a mat! - and the calm tone of voice is a breath of fresh air. ❤

    I’m not sure if it’s because I’ve been neglecting my stretch routine, my body really hurt, or if it was the piano music but this made me emotional to set aside time away from the desk to stretch. Thank you.

    Girl thank you so much for this stretch routine, it has helped me a lot. I'm studying for university entrance exam, so I hunch over my desk for long periods. I was experiencing shoulder and back pain, and my posture was deteriorating. I was looking for some stretches to do in my breaks, but everything I found was either too long or seemed like too much work to me. But this video was a lifesaver for me, thank you so much once again.

    been learning foer my exams using the pomodoro method and using this video for the 5 min break I got in between. I use this video and your 5 min hip stretch video alternatively, and I have never been so productive before. Thank you so much, Jibby!!!! I L-O-V-E your videos!!!

    How often would you recommended to stretch like this? I work in sessions of 50 minutes with 10 minutes breaks (or 20 min - 5 min). I usually walk around, water my plants, sometimes I exercise, I look outside,.... I just want to be sure to not overdo it, because I know myself 😂.

      Just means you're tight and the more you do it, the looser you'll get day-by-day.
