Girl thank you so much for this stretch routine, it has helped me a lot. I'm studying for university entrance exam, so I hunch over my desk for long periods. I was experiencing shoulder and back pain, and my posture was deteriorating. I was looking for some stretches to do in my breaks, but everything I found was either too long or seemed like too much work to me. But this video was a lifesaver for me, thank you so much once again.

Exactly what I needed thank you! ❤ How often would you recommended to stretch like this? I work in sessions of 50 minutes with 10 minutes breaks (or 20 min - 5 min). I usually walk around, water my plants, sometimes I exercise, I look outside,.... I just want to be sure to not overdo it, because I know myself 😂.
