Just watched and tried it for the first time. Not gonna lie that some were a bit wonky. But it was a great stretch. I think I might try this every day before I start my shift. Thanks!
If someone could confirm or answer to my message please. I spend most of the day in front of laptop, months later I have noticed that I have problem with breathing, I have visited heart doctor, he said that every thing is fine. I have visited lungs doctor as well and did test of blood for alergies he said also that everything works well. I am little lazy I do not do sport... Well most of the day I feel I can not breath well, I feel that something between my shoulds inside the heart or something is the problem. Have you faced this before? and this streches are important?
