With the recent Corona virus outbreak and a lot of us working from home, I believe I speak for all of us here when I say that I am truly, truly grateful for this channel. 💚
I must say, even though it was a quick practice today I feel as awake and rejuvenated as ever and ready to take on my day! Thanks Adriene! See everyone tomorrow! 💙
Adriene, I just wanted to take a moment and tell you how absolutely grateful I am for you. I started doing yoga along with you close to six years ago, and I know I wouldn't be the yogi I am today without you. I appreciate your humor, understanding, and kindness. All of these things radiate from you and it makes it such a pleasure to do yoga with you. You're a part of almost every day of my week. It's incredible how the internet has allowed us all to connect like this, and I'm especially appreciative of how it's allowed me to connect with your practices. Thank you so much for all you do!
I am currently stuck in my apartment because of the Corona virus lock down. I did this exercise out on my balcony in an attempt to get some outdoor activity. Thank you.
I have depression and anxiety, and was recommended your videos by multiple people. As someone who is incredibly stiff and out of shape, and who doesn't have much prior experience with yoga, I found this video super accessible. I like that I can quietly do it at 3:30 in the morning when I'm the only one awake, and when I don't have the energy or ability to change clothes or clear furniture out of the way for floor exercises. I also like that I didn't need to use an elastic support band or a chair for balance to pull off these poses, and that you offer a few alternate ways to do the harder ones so I can work my way up to them. This video is meeting me where I am with what I can do right now, so thank you for making it.
i’m late to this video, i’ve been struggling with depression this year and i’ve been trying to find accessible ways to move my body. your comment really resonated with me. thank you, i hope the years have found you well
I return to this practice every time I have a work shift. I know most of Adrine's lines by heart by now. "Knocking on heaven's doors" is one of my favorites. Brings a smile to my face every time. Much love
Just what i needed given that i've had a week of falling asleep on the work desk burning the midnight oil. I'm thinking to do this in the middle of a work day when i need an office break from work and not use it as a morning practice. Thank you Adriene for coming to our rescue once again. Time to show ourselves some love everybody. Projects can wait a few minutes for this is some private time we get to spend with ourselves. Self love for the win. Much love. Namaste.
I'm working as a teacher in South Korea, a profession that REALLY tests patience. I did this practice between classes to give myself and my kids the best version of myself. Thank you Adriene!
Ive done this video so many times, i love it. Thank you Adriene! It is perfect for when I’m travelling without a mat and dont want to lie down. Any more videos like this one but 30-40 minutes would be amazing.
Adriene: Your videos are saving during this WFH quarantine! I start the day with some of your a.m. stretches and then try to find time in the middle of the day for something like this. Your voice is so calming and lovely and I appreciate you always giving variations for those of us that aren't FT yoginis! You are a bright star in the darkness right now. Namaste.
I am beginning my 3rd year of doing yoga to your videos. I follow your monthly training calendar and I have only failed to do the daily videos 3,4 days; but I followed up by doing two on the following day. I feel much better and much more nimble. I am doing quite well for 59. Many Thanks for your videos.
Thank you Adriene for all the yoga videos you have shared with us. I have been doing yoga with Adriene videos for about 2 months now and have seen such a remarkable change in my body, mind as I go through my stressful work days. Today I didn’t have much time and tuned in to this video. And truly truly surprised at how good I feel just after 15 mins. You are absolutely right when you say a little goes a long way. Thanks again! Hope to do a vinyasa flow tomorrow!
Greetings! My daughter introduced my 89-year-old father and me to Yoga with Adriene and there's no other yoga we do now! We practice whenever we're together in the morning. We'd love to see more chair yoga and standing yoga sessions since it is very hard for him to get up from the floor these days. We've done this one a lot as well as Yoga at Your Desk, the one for folks in wheelchairs, the chair yoga, and my father's favorite, "Yoga for Couch Potatoes". Just know there's a sweet old man saying "Good morning, Adriene!" most mornings up here in New Jersey! You are amazing.
LOVE this office yoga practice. I am too dedicated to a sometimes thankless job and have to force myself to take breaks/full lunch so this practice will be getting utilized way more while at work. I sit at a desk for 8hrs/5 days a week so having this short, but sweet stretch is perfect. Thank you Adriene!
Adriene, thank YOU for 'showing up' and providing me with awesome yoga-practices for any moment of the day. Two months ago I started practicing yoga again (after giving birth in october 2021) with your 30 day MOVE journey, and i have been practicing (almost) every day since. It makes me feel so powerful, strong and grounded (even with little sleep and a very busy life as a working mom of 3). So again, thanks SO MUCH for all the goodness you're sending into this world with your videos
I normally don't subscribe to any channels or leave comments, but want to leave a not of appreciation here for the wonderful practices you share. I did this one by my desk at home, and despite the tight space, it was really refreshing and rewarding to get a nice stretch in. Thank you, Adrienne! Sending well wishes during these tumultuous times.
This is so so so so good! In car for hours today and did this tonight to rejuvenate a tired body and mind. Gentle stretching and calming. Worked a treat. Thanks Adriene!
Sometimes I'll have tears of gratitude after a long yoga session, but I wasn't expecting to get misty eyed after 14 minutes of office yoga! Thank you so much for making this video.
That was amazing. I've been experiencing alot of anxiety and found a place at work surrounded by trees, the sound of nature and planes, and shade....perfect spot for that amazing session.
Hi Adriene! I can't even tell you how many times I have done this practice. I am often at work, in jeans, and this is the perfect little ditty to pick me up in the middle of a work day. Thank you so much!
I felt the need to jump ahead in March of 2020. With being in quarantine I have been doing a lot of sewing and therefore am sitting hunched over. This practice is what my body needed, and since schools are closed, and I'm in those final days of student teaching, this is what my body and mind needed.
I love the option of yoga in jeans for those days when you just need to practice but hadn’t gotten the chance to change into something more yogaish. Thank you!
I love you so much Adriene! You don't know how happy I was to see you in jeans. I was like 'great! Something I can do without going into my yoga pants'. I cry 😭 And oh, you look really gorgeous in that outfit 😍 Hello Benji! 😊
Perfect! My new work schedule means I've had to change my daily routine, and can't do my usual before-work yoga. If I wait all day and do yoga after work, I find myself getting locked up and achy. I can do this during my 30-minute break, which is great for my back and shoulders, and it's a nice mental break too. More yoga-in-jeans-and-no-mat, please! Thank you!
Loved this Adriene! Would love more of this series especially focusing on addressing typical issues certain job types commonly face, like standing or walking all shift, driving for long periods, typing over long periods, load or unloading jobs, bad posture, etc. thanks again for this wonderful work you do!
This is great to do once I get home from school. Sitting in desks all day long really starts to tense your back, and I'm so grateful that there's such a comforting, reassuring instructor right at the touch of a button!
This was incredibly effective! I am an animator so I spend most my time hunched over at my desk and even though I'm working from home a lot I find it hard to dedicate time to rolling out the mat. Just being able to stand up away from my desk and do yoga without any other preparations was so refreshing.
Wasn't even in an office but so happy I did this practice today! I have been practicing with you, Adriene, for maybe 5 years now and have done many "Knocking on Heaven's Door"s with you, I've even done this particular practice before, but today when you said "you can call it whatever you want"... I had a moment. The motion or position of my arms suddenly reminded me of a toy I had as a kid back in the 90s, it was called "Sky Dancer", it was a little fairy that you set on a base, you pulled a string and it shot up and flew/spun around in the air for a few moments before crashing somewhere randomly in the room. I hadn't thought about that in years and it gave me such a childlike feeling of wonderment, because for a few seconds, doing that motion, I WAS THE SKY DANCER! I finally have my own personal name for this move. Thanks for that. Lots of love.
thank you Adriene! i've done this practice maybe 5 or 6 times already. the content you share is real and applicable to everyday life. you are genuine and it comes through in your videos.
From Sydney, Australia. Sometimes even the short yoga videos give such an energy shift. Woke up this morning feeling meh and now i just feel so alive and energetic. Thank you so much for all you do. ❤
RESET is the first yoga series I have managed to follow without skipping a single day. It has made these 2 weeks of home quarantine a lot less moody than they could have been.. I feel strong!!
Started with a jabbing pain in the right side lower back and ended with no pain. Now to enjoy the day by doing some wind therapy on the motorcycle. Thanks Tex!
Adrienne, I can not thank you enough! Not only was this exactly what I needed, but it was accessible to bodies of all levels! As someone who’s taking training in January, I’ve come to realize that yoga is intimidating to people of size and that’s what my mission will be as an instructor. Thank you for this beautiful, mid day, boosting, accessible practice. Namaste. 🙏🏼🙏🏼💖💖✨✨😭😭
So good to do at the end of the working day after sitting at the desk for hours. Gets everything back in alignment and removes that sluggish feeling. Thank you 😀. Leeds, UK
During quarantine, I was doing yoga more often than ever - as I finally felt like I had more time to tend to it. I'm now week 6 into an 8-month job story producing a new documentary-reality series for tv and have been glued to a computer and screens for 12 hours a day, and have not had the physical or emotional energy to keep it up. I finally jumped back in with this video and feel so much relief in my body and mind. Thank you, Adriene! Just like you say, *any* amount of time dedicated to practice is beneficial.
This was perfect! I always overthink the process of "coming to the mat" and having to change, do a ritual, roll out the mat, do an hour long session, clean the mat, roll it up, shower, get dressed again, etc... To be able to do this while listening to a work meeting and actually be able to focus better on what was going on because of it was JUST what I needed! Thank YOU Adriene!
We are all back working in the office in the UK now, so in my office we have started to all take time out together to just do this little practice; it's so welcome and we are loving it! ❤
This is really helpful right now. The positive side of the quarantine because of Corona: I can do an office break like that and I won't get weird looks.
I just spent the entire day typing up essays and doing homework. I did this to unwind for the night since my muscles were so tense. This did the trick! I will definitely use this video more often.
Day 25 of CREATE, I’m practicing in Norfolk, England today on this beautiful sunny morning and isolating to keep safe. This was a great little sequence to stretch and open up arms and shoulders, super after too much work on my laptop and also first thing in the morning. See you tomorrow on the mat 🧘🏼♀️🧘🏻♀️💞🙏
Probably the 20th time Ive done this one. Really fills the bill especially when i know Ill be sitting in the car alot...lol Merci beaucoup beaucoup, Adriene! You're a real sweetheart...xox
This is so nice, I followed this routine after lunch instead of getting a cup of coffee. Feeling refreshed and energized in a healthier way! Thank you Adriene for your wonderful yoga practices
I love how considered your yoga is even in these shorter videos, and that your words also help me tap in to my grounded connection to everything. You make every day better, thank you so much, Namaste
The company I work for shared this video corporate wide as part of mental health awareness month. I love this session! I look forward to checking out more.
I swapped today’s practice for Yoga Camp Day 6 - I Am Supported - Six Pack Abs, one of my favourite core workouts that is off my wrists and super yummy and safe. See you tomorrow on the mat 🧘🏼♀️🧘🏻♀️🙏💕
Merci Adriene. I have done my first session. I needed it. My neck was sore after spending so many hours planning my French lessons online. Also good as we are also housebound here in Spain.
Doing this with my boss today during this corona virus craziness in NY. Yesterday I had him doing mountain pose, forward folds, half way lifts so this is perfect for him to start his yoga practice! Thank you for helping me keep my sanity during this time!!
Hey Adriene, Hope you're doing well. I have been feeling very down lately. I started your 30 days yoga practice (the first one you posted on your channel) and I left in between. I am have been feeling emotionally and mentally drained. I felt so lazy and lethargic today, so I opened up your channel and did this amazing office break yoga. I feel happy and energized. Your channel is one of the most amazing channels on youtube. You're pure love, so grateful, and Kudos to you for posting free yoga videos on the internet even though you can charge a hefty amount for it. But I feel that this is not your motto. Loads and loads of love and regards to you Daisy, India.
This has become one of my favourite yoga sessions. It always feels so good, both physically and mentally. And the assistance counteracting all the hunching I do with school and work is always appreciated!
Right now I’m working retail, less than a week before Christmas, mid-pandemic. This is 100% what I needed on my lunch break to maintain sanity. Thank you, Adriene 💙
I'm so glad I rediscovered your channel! Working in healthcare during a pandemic has certainly increased my stress and this office break was exactly what I needed. I've recently started doing the shorter morning and bedtime videos you've put out and they are making a world of difference. Thank you!!
@yogawithadriene has changed my life! I used this video at a conference last week during a break. Thank you for providing short, sweet, and meaningful yoga content! ❤
I absolutely love my time with Adriene! She has given me the gift of yoga without any car or crowded spaces that one needs to share! I pass on encouragement to everyone who has the self motivation!
*Oh boy oh boy did I need this. I'm studying for my exams in my last year of school and finishing my undergrad in April, and my body feels a stiff is a board sitting on my butt all day long! It drives me insane. Thank you and namaste, Adrianne* !
I'm in a phase of my life right now where I'm working three jobs, and am chronically sleep-deprived. This means I often can't manage to get a full workout in. So glad you have plenty of shorter videos that I can slip in here and there, including plenty of no-sweat ones which I can do in my coffee break, or in the middle of my day when I don't want to have to take another shower or get changed. At bare minimum, if I can fit in ten minutes in the morning, and ten minutes before bedtime, and whatever walking or lifting I can do during my day, that's enough to maintain my fitness, improve my level of peace, and keep me strong, relaxed, and ready to go. This morning I didn't have time to stretch at all before work, but just did this quick one at my desk. I feel amazing! So glad I found your videos. You explain things clearly, so I can feel free to keep my eyes closed through many parts of the workout and still not miss a thing. You're personable, which makes it feel like I'm doing yoga with a friend, or even have my own private trainer! You seem to understand the difficulties people may be having, and you let them know it's perfectly fine to start from where they stand. You provide variations for those who are more skilled, or less skilled. You don't just instruct, you make it fun. For all of this, I thank you.
Let's check in! Where are you practicing today? I'll start! Austin, TX, USA

same here. We will make it through this 🙏
I did as well ❤️
I just ran a relaxation workshop at my university and used this to help students de-stress from finals.
I'm practicing from my apartment in Berlin, Germany :) Thank you for all that you do!
Just did this practice with my coworker on a slow day in our pharmacy. Such a nice way to break up the day. Thank you Adriene!
This video is meeting me where I am with what I can do right now, so thank you for making it.
i’m late to this video, i’ve been struggling with depression this year and i’ve been trying to find accessible ways to move my body. your comment really resonated with me. thank you, i hope the years have found you well
I love this woman. I have followed her throughout the pandemic. She has helped me mentally and physically, Oxfordshire, England xx

I love this Sept Reset block of practices. I've done a couple that are new to me, that I haven't picked before, for whatever reason
I'm working as a teacher in South Korea, a profession that REALLY tests patience. I did this practice between classes to give myself and my kids the best version of myself. Thank you Adriene!

Good Morning from my home office.. This practice was amazing.. I enjoyed it so much.. Sending love to all people out there practicing RESET day 14 💚🌸
I am beginning my 3rd year of doing yoga to your videos.
I follow your monthly training calendar and I have only failed to do the daily videos 3,4 days; but I followed up by doing two on the following day. I feel much better and much more nimble.
I am doing quite well for 59. Many Thanks for your videos.
Raymond, I’ll be 59 this summer and I just completed a year with these calendars of Adriene’s. It’s done wonders for me, too. Keep up the good work!
Thanks Raymond. I too am 59 but have just started with yoga and just trying to improve my body and life. Thanks for ,the inspiration.
I am 53 and finishing a year of videos. I've lost some weight, stopped taking a lot of medicines, and generally feel better. Thanks, Adrienne!
I'm not 59 :) and well done 🌹

Awesome quick practice for day 14 Reset! This is a good one when we do not have mat or proper outfit since all movements are while standing! 🥰❤
That was amazing. I've been experiencing alot of anxiety and found a place at work surrounded by trees, the sound of nature and planes, and shade....perfect spot for that amazing session.
I was pushed for time this morning so this was perfect 🥰
Hi Adriene! I can't even tell you how many times I have done this practice. I am often at work, in jeans, and this is the perfect little ditty to pick me up in the middle of a work day. Thank you so much!

Three years later, and this is still a regular favourite. Thank you!
I love this, Awesome!
Wasn’t at my office today, but perfect for my hotel room with no yoga mat! Thank you for another great freebie.
We are all back working in the office in the UK now, so in my office we have started to all take time out together to just do this little practice; it's so welcome and we are loving it! ❤
Wow that was amazing!!! My body feels so much better, I can feel all fresh blood pumping through and energising my whole body. Thank you thank you
Oh yeah, just threw this one in during my lunch break working from home. Feeling energized, now back to work!
This is really helpful right now. The positive side of the quarantine because of Corona: I can do an office break like that and I won't get weird looks.
I’m cross country driving for the last week, and no mat for hotels. This video is a saving Grace for my body!
Relaxing and rejuvenating! So glad I found your channel! Perfect for work-from-home days.
I just spent the entire day typing up essays and doing homework. I did this to unwind for the night since my muscles were so tense. This did the trick! I will definitely use this video more often.
Thank you again my peace and love warrior! Such a simple practice that can be enjoyed without any equipment any time!!
Architecture kills my back, thank you so much from Guatemala.
I'm doing this yoga routine today in Alberta Canada.
Have a good day fellow Canadian

Probably the 20th time Ive done this one. Really fills the bill especially when i know Ill be sitting in the car alot...lol Merci beaucoup beaucoup, Adriene! You're a real sweetheart...xox
This was a great break for me in the middle of my first day working from home. Thanks, Adriene!
This is so nice, I followed this routine after lunch instead of getting a cup of coffee. Feeling refreshed and energized in a healthier way! Thank you Adriene for your wonderful yoga practices
Brightlingsea, Essex,UK. Adriene you have changed my life.
I love how considered your yoga is even in these shorter videos, and that your words also help me tap in to my grounded connection to everything. You make every day better, thank you so much, Namaste
Practicing at my home in Paducah, KY today! Great practice. Thanks Adriene.
See you tomorrow on the mat 🧘🏼♀️🧘🏻♀️🙏💕
a quickie, but a goodie! my shoulders felt immensely tensed and stiff today, but this really helped! thank you adrienne :)
Lovly practice today, I enjoyed it early , Namaste ❤
Love this! I work fully from home since the pandemic and love taking 15 minutes standing at my desk to do this simple yet affective routine 🙏🏼
Ahhh how I’ve missed you and your classes! Thank you so much. This one is awesome for the small space I have to exercise 🙌
Again, I can not tell you how much I appreciate you Adriene. Thank you for sharing your gifts :)
Loads and loads of love and regards to you
Daisy, India.
This has become one of my favourite yoga sessions. It always feels so good, both physically and mentally. And the assistance counteracting all the hunching I do with school and work is always appreciated!
I like this practice today, minimal space needed! Thank you for this!
Right now I’m working retail, less than a week before Christmas, mid-pandemic. This is 100% what I needed on my lunch break to maintain sanity. Thank you, Adriene 💙
You got this!
Been following this channel since Oct 2019 and just discovered this video in the Sept. 2021 calendar. How cute is Adriene doing yoga in jeans???
I know right!I thought the same thing. Might not be as comfortable and mobile for some of us though. 😉🙏🏼
I'm so glad I rediscovered your channel! Working in healthcare during a pandemic has certainly increased my stress and this office break was exactly what I needed. I've recently started doing the shorter morning and bedtime videos you've put out and they are making a world of difference. Thank you!!
Literally doing this at work! I’m fact I usually do most of my practices that are 30 min or less in my lunch break
This is my favourite yoga video. You can do it anytime, anywhere without a mat and I always feel amazing after! Thank you 😊
Doing this workout while at work at 11pm, soo glad I found you. You are amazing ☺️
@yogawithadriene has changed my life! I used this video at a conference last week during a break. Thank you for providing short, sweet, and meaningful yoga content! ❤
So wonderful!!! Thank you 🙏🏼
I absolutely love my time with Adriene!
What you do when you finish?
@@keithblunt2367 I'm going to work and wellness! Building my brand on UA-cam and also life coaching in yoga teaching all throughout :-)

Thank you for such a delighted time! 🤗💖
Namaste. 🙏🏻
Awesome Standing for Stretching!!!
