- This workout is a 30 minute full body barre pilates class. The whole class is floor based and you will need small weights! You can do the workout with no equipment if you would like the beginner version. If you don't have small weights use water bottles, all the workouts on taylortoned are accessible for everyone to do at home with household items.

I love when the workouts are all on one level! It makes it so much easier so I don't have to keep moving my laptop. When i do floor work though, my wrist get absolutely destroyed. It hurts so badly! Do you have any suggestions on wrist strengthening?
Totally agree! I love the one level workouts too. But that is unfortunately the problem. Wrists can get stronger over time, or try making a fist or dropping to forearms for a few seconds if it gets tough xxx
