Im 17 and an elite gymnast but I've been needing to take a break from my trainings and high intense workouts cause of an eating disorder that Im still fighting with but your workouts are perfect for me, especially the more challenging ones. They help me not loosing my balance, strength or flexibility but isn't tooo intense. thank you Nicole

Ebba, I am a former college gymnast and went through some of the same issues. Hang in there and keep doing what is healthy for you because YOU are 100 percent wonderfully made and worth the effort!. being Kind to yourself is learning a new skill. I am now 58 , a Physical Therapist, and Mom of 7 kids and I Love Nicoles work outs too. You cannot take the gymnast out of me They are such hard work but kind to my body . sending my encouragement and Love to you.

i legitimately did not feel the sweat until the first half of the workout but the pain in my glutes had me dead. that's truly a good effective workout right there.

Absolutely unbelievable! Feel so so good after such an effective 30m workout! I honestly think you're one of the only pilates instructors on UA-cam who actually works upper body with targeted movements rather than just being in a plank for example. Love it love it !

This was a much needed workout. The added weights were such a nice bonus. I've been getting tired of lifting in the gym and this has been such a nice change of pace

Currently 9 weeks pregnant and the hormones have kicked in with extreme exhaustion. I used to bodybuild, and I am also a dancer, but being able to utilize these exercises used to warm me up before my shows on tour as well. Very grateful that they even strengthen me during pregnancy and eventually motherhood ❤

I've been doing your workouts for about 6 months and I love them! I've always been a hard core cardio and weights junkie but due to inflammation I've had to stop. Always thought pilates wouldn't meet my needs but this really does! Long and lean without out painful joints is awesome!!

This is the second class of yours that I've done since I got covid. I had to take two weeks off, and before that I would have religiously have done your weekly playlists. From the two weeks out, it will really showed me how much I benefit from your classes. My flexibility/mobility was just not the same. Things hurt more than I had come used to. I can already feel my body returning to it's former state. It's also wonderful that I'm not happy for the aesthetics of it, I'm happy to be returning to my state of movement, which is huge for me. Hi Nicole, I have been loving using your videos for over 4 years now and I've only recently begun the ones with weights, which are great for me as I'm now 43! I can only ever find 20 minutes for myself in the mornings though. Would love some shorter pilates videos with weights if at all possible. Thank you for all you do. I have been injured by the Covid "V" and have had some major health issues but trying to keep my body strong by doing low impact classes. I came across your videos around 2.5 months back and have been doing them 4-5 days a week and it really has gotten my body in shape and my waist has decresed. I've been doing your pilates videos 3 x a week for a year and a half now. Haven't come across this video before but I absolutely loved it! I incorporated a resistance band when doing the leg movements and it burned so bad 🔥! Please can you do more weighted pilates videos? I find them most effective!
