@@mohdilyas3473must be all of them, because the secret is the number of calories you spent vs calories you eat, so you can do any workouts and in 2 years time you'll be anyways in a good form - maybe not perfectly thin but obviously perfectly fit

I think this is the best workout video (or honestly workout in general) I have been able to find. It’s the perfect mix of ballet and pilates which is what barre should be, but I honestly feel like most instructors don’t mix the fusion well. This was the best balance of challenging, but not so hard that it’s impossible to finish.
@@שירה-ת4ז there is a lot more workouts on her app. And she adds more weekly. I started with her on this platform but figured I would try her app and it’s amazing. You can always quit if you don’t think it’s worth the money. But I’ve been doing her app workouts few years now and she’s the best!

I was looking for a barre/ballet workout. I've taken a couple months off from dance training and I need to get back into it. This was the first video of yours that I've found & tried. This workout was PERFECT. Challenging and interesting. I really loved the plie section with the pulses. It was a bit difficult at the beginning but near the end of each side I was struggling. I adored this. Thank you!

I would love if you added the words beginner, intermediate or advanced to the titles of your workouts. As a complete ballet novice I found this pretty intimidating and literally couldn't do all the exercises and there weren't alternatives. It's a great workout, just not beginner friendly.

Just did this and was so impressed! Postpartum I cannot get toned back up, have done every workout program and cannot keep up or they do nothing. Trying to lose 20lbs, lots of visceral fat, Coach Kel, which videos or series in your online training would you suggest to get full body in shape?

To get perfect results try to do it slowly she is professional so she is doing little bit fast then us so if u r Beginner try to do it slowly it's okay if ur speed doesn't match with the video

I've been doing this workout over and over again. Today was the first day I could do the abs without stopping. It was still painful but tolerable. 🎉
