There were definitely moments that were challenging and so as someone who is decently in shape already, I can see a non-beginner course be right up my alley. I hate that burn but I love the afterward feeling. Guess I‘ll do Pilates and Barre now😂 such a great workout! Keep that work going love!

I just started Barre classes a couple of months ago and these are great for the “off” days!! So excited to have found you! And you’re so upbeat and fun 🤩
