Your energy is such a vibe ; even when I want to be mad about the workout , I’m either weak off your commentary or say Raven would never do me dirty because her energy is too pure so I push through !

OK SO first half (before we landed on the mat) literally killed me i could hardly keep up (and im NOT a beginner even) 🥵🥵🥵second half was a pure joy tho, maybe in comparison 🥲

This was wonderful. I need a break from weightlifting and wanted to try something new. Raven has a lovely way about her and I was not at all bored. There were definitely moments that were challenging and so as someone who is decently in shape already, I can see a non-beginner course be right up my alley. I'm going to go find my next one of hers to do. Thank you for providing your videos!

Honey are you SURE that this was beginner level? I am shaking and literally dying here on my mat. I wanted to try out barre and I thought doing your beginner video would be helpful.
