  • In today's video, I'm sharing 25 food items that help me lose weight on WW. Please note these are a lot of processed items that are low point foods on WW (Weight Watchers). I strive for eating a well-balanced diet, rich in lean meats, whole grains, fruits, and vegetables, but these are products that have saved me from eating higher-point, higher-calorie foods along my weight loss journey as I become a healthier version of myself. Some of these are staples and some are just low-point, low-calorie items that I wanted to share with you. You can find many of these items on Amazon, which I'll link down below.
    NOTE!! Many of these are processed foods. I am certainly not suggesting anyone go out and purposely buy these to lose weight. These are suggestions for those who are just starting out and those who are already eating processed items. These are alternatives as you transition and definitely not meant to eat on a daily basis. So if you are one who eats 100% clean, this video will most likely not appeal for you.
    You don't need to be on any type of weight loss journey to get tips and ideas from my channel! Counting points and calories is not for everyone, but for some, it's a way to slowly transition to intuitive eating and a healthy lifestyle.

      Thanks! I'm actually not on WW anymore currently. I stopped counting points and calories for now while I try a more intuitive eating approach. ;)

    I put laughing cow cheese in my scrambled eggs makes them so creamy. If you cannot give up butter for your popcorn, Land O Lakes Whipped butter is only 2 points for 1 tbsp.

    PLEASE NOTE!!! I put a picture of processed foods in the thumbnail so this video would not appeal to anyone who is more of a clean eater. If you eat 100% clean, this video will not appeal to you. I strive to keep my diet 80% whole foods - lean proteins, whole grains, fruits, veggies, healthy fats, etc. However, as I have been making my transition to healthier eating, these are some things that have assisted me in making a little better choice than I would have previously. This is what works for me as I transition to a healthier lifestyle, but it is surely not all I eat or what I eat on a regular basis. These are alternatives for those who are already eating similar processed items, but it's definitely not meant to say that this is all you should eat! You have to do what works for you! :) Sorry about the loud intro and the lighting! Not sure why this video came out so dark. 2022 Update!

    Suggestion: back in 2003 we use to make a huge batch of the zero points vegetable soup on hand at all times so we always had a go-to food in emergencies. We'd freeze it in small containers and zap it in the microwave.

      That's an excellent tip!! I am actually getting ready to do another round of freezer meals - I may add some soups this time! I found little silicone one-cup freezer containers that would be perfect!

      I remember the first time I bought it, I just thought it was to use as peanut butter - mixing with water. Once I realized you could just use the powder for stuff, that was a gamechanger!! :)

    Thank you for your videos. I joined ww after watching your meal prep videos. I’m purple. Appreciate all of the research you put into your videos it helps tremendously. I work out of town m-f and have meal prepped for a long time. Sometimes healthy, sometimes not. I’m 2 weeks in and struggling with night time cravings, and no change in the scale, which is very frustrating. Your channel helps keep me on track.

I do excellent all day and then at night I sometimes struggle. It's more habit for me than anything. I've really been trying to change things up though and just get some exercise in when I feel that way. The scale can definitely be frustrating. I've recently started not focusing on that number anymore because I know that number is just that - a number. There's so much more than that. Just don't give up!! :)

    Such great snack suggestions. I think I’ve tried everything that you’ve suggested. And the popcorn popper! I have 4 pts left today so I’m going to make popcorn in my pampered chef popper right now! Your videos are always so timely. Lol. I told you last time you showed your popper that I would try mine out but I still haven’t. My daughter gave me popcorn kernels for Christmas so I guess it’s time!

I rejoined WW 12 years ago and lost 115 lb and have been at goal 11 years and am always looking for new tips new recipes to tweak... and I loved your video. I too love sugar free chocolate pudding with reddi wip I put it on everything and it satisfies my sweet tooth and pb2 I always have that in my pantry too. I picked up some great tips from you so I want to thank you so much for sharing and I look forward to your videos.

    I'm so glad that you have taken the time and effort to make these videos. I've been on WW before, but when the points came in, I had a lot of trouble making that transition. And just starting back now, it is pretty difficult for me to get into meal planning and taking advantage of the low points foods to make it interesting and not going back to my old "plain chicken breast - rice - broccoli type meal. You rock!

    I use PB2/apples every night as a snack. Got this idea from Amanda Lewis. I put 2 tbsp PB2 (1 pt) and 4 tbsp Maple Grove sugar free syrup(0 pts) in a small bowl and mix into a "dip" consistency. I dip my apple slices in it. YUM.

    Awesome video. I use some and learned about some new items.
    I had points left so my snack last night was
    2 chocolate pudding cups 4sp mixed with 2 tsp pb and a bit of reddi whip.
    OMGOSH next time I will add a full point of pb2. It was delicious. And I'm not a chocolate fan but the hint of pb was to die for. Thank you

    Thank you Kristie for such an informative video! There's one treat I have that doen't have too many points. I take a graham cracker and put some marshmallow fluff on and sprinkle some Lilly chips on and have alittle smore! Sweet but good! Its like 3 or 4 points on blue depending on how much you use.

      You can take a sugar free chocolate pudding add cherry jello in it with it also sugar free add reddi whip taste like a chocolate covered cherry!! Yum

    I’ve always used pb2 dry too, but last night I really wanted “real” peanut butter. I added a little swerve brown sugar and added some cinnamon and it was so much closer to an actual peanut butter. Excited to use it with apple nachos! Thanks for the fun video, I love seeing what other people buy for groceries 😊

    I love sliced apples with a bunch of cinnamon in the air fryer for about 10 mins or so. Yum!!! I also add some pb2 powder to my fruit dannon fit and light greek yogurts.

    Walmart has powdered peanut butter which is about half the price of the brand name, and a even a few less calories. For the popcorn, try the Butter Spritzer from Kernel Seasonings (the same brand as the cheddar powder), it doesn’t make the popcorn soggy and the salt or seasonings stick really well. Another tip for the popcorn: order “mushroom” popcorn kernels, they pop up much bigger for the same calories per ounce.

    Have to look for these I weighed 409 lbs and lost 179 in 2011 Have gain 20 lbs back So am on losing back down

    I did WW a few years ago. I’ve gained back most of my weight since then and recently joined Diet Bet. I’ve been trying to remember what I ate in my WW days. Thanks for the reminders. I’m adding turkey pepperoni, PB2 and Laughing Cow cheese to my grocery list now.

    I have been off and on with WW since 1987 but could never lose weight as I just wouldn't track. I was on the new WW and was so impressed with all the changes I felt I could do it. However, my daughter is getting married in September and I just couldn't justify spending $56 a month. I just found your UA-cam channel and you are inspiring me! I really need to lose 50 pounds by September but I will be very happy with 30! I am now a subscriber to your channel!

      Awww...thanks so much for your kind words, Pam!! Thank so so much for subscribing! WW has definitely come a long way with trying to teach more about the healthy foods compared to years ago. I understand about not wanting to pay that. I do WW online, which is $20 per month, but I know there are several people who use the iTrackbites app as well. I'm not really familiar with that one though. I understand it's real similar to WW - it just uses bites instead of points.

    Great video and still relevant 2 years later. I love the pudding hack. I have all of the ingredients too. You can also mix a yogurt with pudding too. 4 points
