I'm a huge fan of WW because it's been around for decades and decades, tweaking their program over the years making it better and better. I'm back because I've gain about 15 out of 60 back and saw the new program was all online and thought Why Not? It's been amazing and my daughter in law and I have been comparing notes. So much fun! What I love about your channel is even though you've lost the weight you're showing that you need to Continue to maintain and still watch. As as fellow person who has made it to goal, I know the maintaining is sometimes where the main work is. For two decades I kept most of it off and it really was relatively easy except for holidays. This is where each year I'd gain about 8 pounds but lose it a couple months later. I always knew how to lose it. This time though I have menopause kicking me in the butt so I need to get myself back on track. Thank you so much for your cool and fun videos!!
I just have to say a big thank you!!! I was binge watching some of your videos after your 50lb weight loss video popped up in my recommended and I saw that you were eating REAL food. I listened to you and then I watched my favorite video you did for the bowls and I thought, you know what? I think I could do this. I started WW on the 16th and today was my one week weigh in and I lost 3.2lbs!!! I cannot believe it snd I think I’m still in shock. It might not be a big number to some but for me it’s HUGE! I even got my daughter to do this with me and she doesn’t (or didn’t in the past) like veggies but we are both excited every night to see what bowl we are going to make. They have been so delicious and the best part they were filling too. When missing some of the ingredients you used I just picked other veggies or changed it up a little and omg delicious. This is literally the only thing that has worked for me that I know I can do. Thank you so very much for sharing all your amazing recipes. ❤️ P.S. I always have my peppers & onions made in advance too now 😊

I love using the loaded taco quest chips for walking tacos! I use the 99% fat free ground turkey with taco seasoning and load it up with veggies and salsa, it’s so good and filling! Actually had that for dinner tonight.
I Did WW a long time ago and haven’t needed it for a long time… But I just quit smoking and put on 25 pounds… Can’t remember what I ate when I did it the first time so I’m very grateful for your channel… You’re awesome thanks so much!

The boathouse ranch dressing (1-2 TBS) on a tortilla with sliced plum tomato and onion. Pop it in the toaster oven...delicious! I usually fold it in half to eat it. Crunchy goodness!

I make a cream cheese dessert that rocks. You take a 8oz block of cream cheese and cut it in 8 pieces then cut the 8 pieces in half. Pour sugar free jello in a baggie and then put ur cream cheese bites in and shake it up. Put in fridge or freezer and enjoy. Reminds me of cream cheese cake bites. 2 smart points for 2 chunks - bites.

Hi Claire, You can get Slendier products which are Konjac noodles and pasta. Also for drinks Nexba is a no sugar drink. Both of these products are reasonably priced and are stocked in Coles and Woolworths in Australia. Good luck Claire.
Where do you find the large Ole extreme wellness wraps!? Been looking for the bigger ones. I use the snack ones for tacos and LOVE them. have you ever been tempted to try ozempic or any of the diet drugs? I ask as I am on metformin for pre diabetes, so no sugar, nothing white, but I am doing ww on my own, which for me the first time did wonders. But I put a lot back and am back at square one. Thos drugs are not meant for weight loss its just a side effect for those of us with prediabetes. I would not take any of it if it was me. I like the ww diet as it is. I think your videos are amazing, very helpful and informative. Good job.
Since you like salty things (I do): I just got a bag of skinny-dipped lemon bliss almonds. A little tart, a little sweet, and salty, too. 16 almonds=6 pts, but I found I was good with 8. They have other flavors, and cashews, too
I have been so hungry on this plan. Thank you for these ideas! I'm coming from Keto, so my body has been missing fat. I have been doing awesome with a cup of veggies at every meal, lean protein, and eating beans, etc, but fiber is not filling me up for many hours so I am waking up hungry every night.
In case it helps anyone, I had periods of not losing much and then a WW member recommended I eat more. I tried eating all of my weeklies and lost more weight. Be sure you are eating enough.

The chicken sausage I bought was 11 smart points I almost fell over! Market side from Walmart with apple.
Try the dressing on grilled bread for grilled cheese etc in place of fake butter, so good and doesn't leave the bread soggy. Great post!
