    I love the idea of scaling things down to their Zero point level. That way I can still get the flavors of my favorite foods.

    My favorite 0 points lunch is Shrimp "fried" with bell peppers and onions. I don't fry in oil, I use chicken broth which gives it a nice flavor and it all adds up to zero.

    I think this a great example for like you say for having a high point meal zero points meal ideas to still not to go crazy high with the points. I did not know on WW you had to count blended fruits

      Thanks so much! Yes, according to WW rules you do. There's some science behind it about the digestion of it or something. I believe Weight Watchers has an article on it on the app.

      Thanks so much! It was right on the edge. If I would have made that into any less servings, it would have been a point. It can go either way when you build it as a recipe though.

    I had a conversation in the grocery store with a lady about the Fage. I like that it's not so tart like not yougurts, which makes it more versatile, in my opinion.

    What a fun day! I’ve never challenged myself to a zero day. I doubt I ever will, but it’s great to have a zero meal especially with Easter dinners coming up. I was trying to do some 23 days, but I have a hard time with that so I just count calories too. I still love making small creamis after dinner. I keep mine small like what you did.

      I totally understand. I have days where it's just easier to count calories. I pretty much focus on the protein now and the points and calories kind of fall into place. And yes, single size creamis are awesome! 😋

      Aww...thanks so much! I'm doing good. I didn't plan on it being so long between videos. I have some filmed but never got them edited in time. My husband and I took some unplanned time off around Easter, and then we've have a big project at work this week and we've been working super long hours.     Can you please explain the reason that you have to count blended fruit in smoothies? No one has been able to answer this question for me.

    Great job on all the protein! I was so surprised you were using FF cheese as I know you do NOT like it. I don't either, I'll take the calories for 2%, lite or whatever.. Since I cannot have eggs due to my allergy, I stay on the struggle bus for breakfast = I may try some smoothies this week as I have several protein powder flavors and some unsweetened milk. I have a ton of bananas, mandarins and coconut - will be a tropical recipe I try. Thanks for all you do friend!

I've been feeling sooo good after having them in the morning! Maybe add some oats to yours for a true breakfast.

    This is such a great demonstration of just how healthy you can eat and still make a calorie goal. I am currently counting macros and calories on a low carb (not Keto low) eating style. Your salad looked so similar to the one I had with dinner. It was delicious. And it looks so pretty, too. Food for the 👀 and the tummy. lol
