Hey guys! I no longer have a blog but here is the recipe I mentioned for the Cacao Almond Balls!
This is glorious, been searching for "paleo recipes with ground beef" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Elijaarqey Paleo Smasher - (just google it ) ? It is a smashing one off guide for discovering some amazing paleo recipes minus the normal expense. Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my co-worker got great success with it.
I just tried to look at the recipes for the almond balls and fruit and nut dessert but the page won't load. Would love to have the recipes. Thanks for the video! Great advice!
INGREDIENTS
(Makes 10 Balls)
1 Cup of Almonds
1/2 Cup of Shredded Coconut
8 Medjool Dates
2 Tbsp of Raw Cacao Powder
DIRECTIONS
Remove the pit from the dates. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and mix until it forms a doughy mixture.
Form 10 balls with the mixture and then store them into the fridge to preserve freshness.
@@tanyaannn Thanks so much! I love almond joys and they have preservatives. There is also a vegan recipe for butterfinger which you might like, has just cornflakes, stevia, peanut butter and chocolate/cacao. Sorry, I don't know the exact amounts.

I like to combine the principles of paleo and then apply it to our modern-day lifestyle to make it more sustainable. :)
Is tapwater safe to drink there hope there is no lead
At the time I was in Germany an the tap water was good. :)

Its,weird. Im going for wls in a few months, and I cant imagine eatting this much. I dont eat that much and Im heavy. Go figure

@@clayjerry I think you can also look at paleo in a sustainable way, where you eat this way the majority of the time and then have foods you enjoy as well. I personally do this and it allows me to stick to this lifestyle much better and still support my health. :)

Ok, too much prep with the veggies and you did the drink injustice. Fresh green drinks, NOT powder, are amazing. Kale/spinach/cucumber with lemon is fantastic. Blen with half a banana, coconut oil and BAM, energy for HOURS. Tastes great.
That sound super delicious. Will definitely give it a try. :)
Also consider pineapple and mango, if you like it. My favourite smoothie has kale, spinach, banana, pineapple, mango, and ginger. Its soooooo delicious
So prechop your vegetables and we would not waste time
