Hi Trish, thank you for today's cardio class! I really enjoyed it. I added my 3 lb. weights for a little extra (for all but the boxing circles out front), and boy did that boost the intensity! I got in a little over 2000 steps to start my day and finished with about 15 minutes of yin yoga stretching. I feel energized and ready for my office day today! Thank you!! Ahhh yes!! Just what I needed today before I get going! I love how simple but whole body effective it was!! Sweaty and energetic!! Loved it very much Trish!! Before the video started, I was doing the first side steps with the arms at the beginning…I’ve been following you enough to know how you will start sometimes 😅! Thanks again Trish!! ❤❄️🙌🏻🎄💪🏻🙌🏻❤️❄️

Coming back to your channel after a long hiatus and after winter weather has me back to exercising indoors. This was a great workout to get back into it - definitely work, but not punishing! (I did add handweights for some of the slower exercises.) Thanks!

This was so much FUN, Trish… thanks for another great one! 🙏🏻😃 This one became more a cardio + walk for me, as I had to modify some moves. I seem to have done some mischief to my back last week with those 5kg dumbbells on a strength workout… 😬 Probably my first real “exercise accident” so taking it a bit slow getting back in the swing of things. @tracysnordiclight Hello Tracy. I am glad that you enjoyed this cardio workout. I am sorry to hear that your back is still feeling uncomfortable from last week's strength workout. Hopefully the burst of cardio will help ease the discomfort somewhat. I have strained my back in the past. I find a nice hot bath helps to loosen up the muscles a little. We have to be so careful with the heavier weights plus I find my recovery time is much longer with heavy lifting. Have a nice evening. Take care 🙋♀️🥰🌺💕🩷
@ Thanks for the cheer, Trish! ☺️ Oh, yes, at this stage of life, recovery-from most anything-just seems to take longer. 😆 Oh, a bath… I miss having a bath tub! We have an old house, and space enough for only a small shower. Hoping the next place will have/we can have a bathtub (hoping to downsize & move in the next year or so)! 🤞 I’ve been using an electric blanket while resting, which has helped. Hope you’ve been having a good evening too. 🩵❄️🩵
@tracysnordiclight Hi Tracy. That seems to be the case with me since I turned 50/51 almost 3 years ago. I have to be careful how much I do in one day and remember to sit and relax during some part of the day! Have a good sleep 🙋♀️🩷
