This is relly burned my abs! Even your previous vdo-5 min Abs workout hit every muscles 🎉. Yesterday,I did the 5 min Abs and clean eating , next morning I woke up with flattened stomach. I really recommend for someone who want to try the effective Abs work out .

@@busranml I like her multiple, singular videos. and i just like creating different days of videos. One day a 40 minute maybe the next day a 20 min, I thought all her playlists were a bit shorter and less intense! That's why i love when she does more single videos rather than just playlists haha

Could you add how you are supposed to be positioned in a voice over? I always feel like my form is wrong so it would be good to know how straight my back needs to be or if it should be touching the floor etc

Day 1*: Did it on my bed. If you want to challenge yourself, do it on your bed!
I was wonder, have how you're active days look like? (If going 15.000-20.000 steps and do a workout or something else?) - And I know everyday looks different, but what you're describing on a active day for you?
