build muscles is a thing but rest is important too, your muscles can grow with rest
of course, experienced peoples can do this more
but for beginners, 2 or 3 is sufficient

I done something like this for 4 weeks and it didn't make my arms look this big.
This channel is perfect but remember, it depends a lot on each individual.
Almost all the thumbnails are clickbait, the exercises are great but there is now way someone can achieve that much in only a month
Well, it obviously takes longer than 4 weeks to get these arms
yup, if want bigger shoulder like thumbnail, u need a few months to get it. but the exercise on this channel are great.

This was excellent. So many similar ones are a thinly veiled bulge-o-rama. I like showing the muscle groups and ways to NOT do them...whenever I see anything remotely like this I find once I try it, I am not so sure I have the right form, so I have to look again.

These are actually intermediate to advance types of push ups. so for a beginner that trying to hit that 4-week goal is something impossible. To those who has no experience in push ups, build first your foundation on regular push ups then work your way all up. the realistic time frame of progress would be 3 months minimum.
For beginners even simple pushups not easy and he showing one of the most difficult one

from my personal experience i tried this and it did make my arms bigger but not by a whole bunch but what i did do was multiply the sets by 3 to increase the workout
