Greetings to all once again. There are a lot of questions under my videos about ABS about how often to train, how many sets and what to eat. I decided that it would be better to write and pin a comment here, rather than everyone asking a question separately and waiting for an answer for a couple of days 😏 The video with these exercises is designed for 5 minutes, but if you feel easy after such a workout, multiply it by 2 and train for ten minutes. The maximum level is to train for fifteen minutes, no more need. You can train your ABS every day, as this muscle group recovers very quickly. It doesn't matter if you are a beginner or an advanced athlete, you can train your ABS every day. All that concerns nutrition, I just try not to use sugar and as little flour as possible, these are the two biggest obstacles to a beautiful body, including ABS. And also don't forget the basics like drinking enough water for your body weight and not eating late. Also, do not forget that the muscles of the ABS give not only a beautiful body, but also creates a strong frame for the whole body, so a smart athlete will always pump the press and not think that only a low-calorie diet will make it only beautiful. Bro not to destroy your expectations but you won't get abs by doing that alone you need to be in a calorie deficit and consume one gram of protein per kg a day minimum
I've been doing this excellent workout 3 times a day for 10 weeks and can say that I have finally made it to Ivan's "before" appearance. And lost about 10 kgs along the way.

Started doing these moves for like 2 days, I was training with some 30 days ABS apps but now I understood that these trainings in the video makes you train atleast %90 percent of ABS. I felt the difference bro. These moves are perfect for abs , I Feel my muscles burning everytime doing these. Tysm
@@gigachaddmc282 I don't recommend not having a day off. I suggest sticking to your daily routine, and doing it twice for 2 days, rest for a day then 2 days. This is the pattern I've been following too. Since your muscles also need rest to repair its good to take a day off. If you follow the workout properly, and don't eat too much junk, you sure will get abs, considering your fairly active doing yoga and karate too.. Cheers!

I can confidently say this works, I've been doing this 2-3 times every day (gone down to 2 a day in the summer, the heat makes it much tougher) for the last 4 months and I've had visible abs since the end of the first month. IF YOU ARENT SEEING RESULTS, trust me, your muscles are getting stronger, but you MUST tweak your diet. You've more than likely heard a billion times abs are made in the kitchen, and while that's half the answer, the way abs become visible is through your diet. Reduce carbs, reduce sugar, eat more protein, and the fat surrounding your core will slowly but surely go down.
its exactly the same thing (as i can tell) the only difference is that in the 2nd he tight the belly...just a click bait (im not saying that its not a good abb workout....but if you have belly this is not gonna work for you...you have to lose the overweight first)
Edited : I have been following this workout set regularly from day 1 and the result is marvelous. I can't begin to explain how effective it is. Within this 3-4 weeks, I have missed 5 days. I have been eating the same diet as i did before i started this workout except i started cutting carbs and included more proteins. I had a fare share of junk food as well but I don't eat much to begin with. In the first week, i did one rep. Following which i got quite comfortable and started 2 reps a day. I had a good amount of belly fat which had accumulated due to lack of exercise since last 8-9 years. But within a month, I have reached to the before picture of ivan rusovic in this video. If i continue doing the same workout for two months with better diet, I am sure I will be able to reach the after picture of ivan on this video.
Bro greetings from Mexico, a question, being 14 years old and doing this for myself, is it necessary to eat flour and from time to time sugars for the nutrients that I must have to develop, but do you mean in excess?

I cut down on sugar only and ive been doing this 3 times a day for abt a week now and now im seeing a little bit of change. im also wondering, if i continue this workout for the next twelve weeks doing it 3 times a day, will i see real results, or should i add more core workouts?
I started about a month ago, I've been doing this workout 10 times a day and now I have a shredded six pack, I highly recommend this💪 "Edit" I don't diet, in fact I'm bulking. Now I do this workout around 5 times a day, I hit the gym everyday as well and a lot of the things I do train core

@@newhope5729 hello, i am a medical intern, i come home late at night after covid duty, so I don’t get time, sometimes i feel so tired that even if i remind myself to workout i feel lazy and after dinner i go to bed early. However i try my best you know. The above updates where i workout are on my off days when i stay at home
I would recommend this abs workout as it takes limited amount of time, and appreciate it as I got my abs appearing in around 6 weeks. This was cool. And yeah, Before giving up, Think About the Reason You Came Here 😊. All The Best!

Crazy how much easier a 5-minute ab workout is 3 times a day than a 10-minute ab workout is once a day. Day one is complete I and I got a gooood feeling this one! :)
I've been going at these exercises for a week now, 3x per day, and I'll be documenting how well things go over time. Day 1: Very subtle difference in my body Day 2: Started to decide eating healthier foods (I used to eat donuts nonstop) Day 3: School started, so I did one in the morning, another when I came home, and the last one before I go to bed Day 4: Noticed that my stomach was less curved Day 5: Memorized the format of the video (same as day 4) Day 6: Workout went well, but I think I need to push myself harder by multiplying the exercises twice because I started to get less challenging for me. No difference since day 4 :( *Will report back next week bcuz this is my self-motivational reminder* Day 7: Began repeating the video 6x a day, 2 sets per workout period Day 8: Repeat of day 7, except I started to get less sleep because of this week's hmwrk Day 9: Fell into lazy habits, but persisted to do the videos Day 10: Not perfect : ( Started to pull an all nighter, which broke my consistency streak. Day 11: Only did the video 1x per day. Yesterday made it difficult to rise back up. Day 12: Ate more junk food and fell into lazy habits...such a downfall ever since I started school Day 13: Went to my apartment's weight room and redeemed myself by crushing the leg exercises Day 14: Restarted my journey after a momentary setback. My body is not as defined as it was on day 7, but I won't let is discourage me yet Day 15: Celebrated my mom's b-day but found time for arm exercises. The drawback was that I fell through the temptations of video games and cake. However, I went back to my space and shedded off those calories. *Was not the desired outcome I foresaw in myself, but I've regained control over my life and plan to continue to do these daily notes. Thankfully, I came out of those bad habits with mild changes to my abdominal area. Will return next week.*

I’ve be doing this for the last 7 days, only 5 min and indeed I can see the differences. I’m running 2 times per week (3k), riding bike 2 times per week too (25k) and trying to reduce sugar over the days. It is a great set of exercises for the abs. In the first 2 days I could not make all the series, with pain and resting more times between each one. Now, just 5 days after, I’m almost getting to perform all the series just like him and my belly looks quite different. Only 7 days after with just 5 minutes a day. Thanks man!
You can see he has lost a bit of fat in the muscle insertions of the hip, but it doesn't really matter because you can't lose fat with workout, is with healthy food and sleep well the reason of fat loss
@@raulr.n.5604 I use the same trick as this to trick my friends.I purposely bloat my stomach the first day and the next day I hardened stomach to show my six pack tricking them into thinking I used a secret technique.
I repeat this exercise 4-5 times in a row everyday with a minute and a half of normal plank at the end of each one (a one and a half minute break). I advise you to do the oblique abdominal exercise twice, Once to the right and once to the left I trust you, never give up man
Yeah, mostly. It could also be pre and post one 5 minute video. The immediate difference of any workout is more noticeable than the longer-term difference.
I have a trainer friend, who was paid $2500 to gain weight and stay out of the sun, in the 1990s. They took the "after" photos when he was super-lean and tanned. Then he watched TV for 30 days and stayed out of the sun. He ate junk food and put on 15lbs. He pushed his stomach out and slouched. Even his skin looked worse. He basically got paid to take reverse, before and after photos, for a national fitness product.

Hello everyone! I've started doing this workout 2 days ago and it hurts A LOT!! Specially the one you need to stay still! That one hurts the most.. anyway, I just wanted to say that you can do this! Don't give up!
Wrong. Look into callisthenics. Mastery of body weight exercises will yield leaner, stronger muscles compared with weight training. Diet & routine are of course huge factors in sculpting your body.
Hands down one of my favorites I do this 2 times after an hour on the bike then I go into full body workouts, thank you for making this. I’ve been doing it every day for about 2 months now and the results are showing!
It’s been 2 years i do this workout and in 6 months i had an entire 6 pack and i got the 8 pack after 10 months and now I keep muscling my abs more 😁 I recommend this excellent workout
RoyTroy64 that’s true but only if you diet as well. I used to believe all I had to do was just a 10 min daily six pack routine to get abs and it never worked for me until I started dieting.
I lost about 20kg and have been doing this ab workout everyday for the past 2-3 months after lifting and before cardio, i know for sure as soon as i lose the little remaining fat % of my belly i'll be able to see crazy definition, I already see lines i've never even dreamed of. Ivan's workouts are genuinely good, consistency is key tho!
@@himanshuchouhan7529 yep! i did lose 10 just by eating clean (no heavy restrictions) in 1 year. I lost the other 10 doing strength training, lifting and a little cardio (keeping my meals balanced) the past 7 months. All at home with youtube videos. Been following Ivan's workouts for about 2-3 months and they're literally my only go-to for abs. Still no six pack, but definitely coming for summer 😜all about consistency tbh
@@viper4184 diet is even more important than the workout. if you workout without having a diet then yeah, the muscle might develope but it will still be hidden under the fat.
when I do 12 minutes of pretty intense ab workouts I can't feel the burn the next morning.. am I doing something wrong then? I haven't started to long with it, now on day 10 but I can't seem to see any differences yet..

(No comas pan en la comida) 19 pm: un zumo de frutas Si a la noche te da mucha hambre toma un té . Solo es mi forma y mi opinión de ayudarlos con una dieta . Voy a seguir aportandoles cada día.
Es fake, si te das cuenta en la primera foto esta normal y en la otra esta haciendo fuerza, osea si vas a ganar fuerza en el abdomen pero no te vas a ver así, por que lo más importante para que se te marque el abdomen es la dieta.

@@sebastianorlandodazaardaya3209 hola , lo que la Roca come es proteínas, carbohidratos y grasas saludables el come dependiendo su desgaste físico , si vos quieres aumentar masa muscular esta bien esa dieta, pero tampoco recomendable comer en tanta cantidad si no una porción moderada, el tiene su dieta distribuida en el día, desayuno almuerzo , cena . yo pase por ejemplo una dieta para bajar de peso , hay dietas también que las pondré para aumentar masa muscular .
Thank you very much for these Workout! I am over 35 years old, but I feel stronger than I did at 20! Working out has made my life better! For me, starting is always the hardest part, but once I begin, I always realize how glad I am that I managed to motivate myself, even if it's just for a short video! I always feel so much better after I've finished. On my name I also try to give people a bit of motivation to take that first, hardest step because they definitely won't regret it. @@rayvirik7 pretty low calorie diet but somewhat includes fibre and protein. Just a blueprint ; Breakfast - Oats or bread w/ peanut butter Morning snacks - roasted gram Lunch - not specific but its the carb rich meal Evening snacks - any sort of fruits Dinner - again, as lunch not very specific but this time its a low calorie meal
I’ve got lower back pain and most of these exercises will actually strengthen that area and could improve quality of life. Obviously, you can’t do them if you’re having acute pain but people will chronic acute pain are probably not working on their abs anyway.
Been doing this workout 2 times a day for 2 months and I've lost a belt size and see my abs poking through for the first time in my life. Really works. I also love how your videos don't come with a 7 minute prelude of self-glorification or lecturing like most fitness youtubers indulge in. Good job!
I am Vietnamese, 180cm tall and weigh 80kg, I want to have abs and also cut down belly fat. Here is my journey of this video(I will try to update everyday): Day1: I started it at 12p.m. I have finished 2 sets and my belly feels hurt but it still very easy for me Day2: I started at 7 a.m. I do 10-minute cardio first then I do this 10mins. It hurts a little bit but it’s ok. I am very surprised because I don’t feel hurt in the second day bc of the first day. I am satisfied🎉 Day3: I am too lazy Day4: the stomach really hurts. I do 10 mins arm workout and 10 min abs. I still feel normal

@@Skel5306 These both exercise targets your lower abs muscles so you can do both 30 sec alternate or you can choose between them. My opinion bicycle crunches are best.
Depends on the body type I think. I have a bird like metabolism, so I have to average around 2000~4000 calories or else I won't gain any weight nor muscle.

Monday, Tuesday, then rest. Thursday, Friday, then rest on the weekends. Doing this for 3 months now and I see a good difference.

I have been following this workout set regularly from day 1 and the result is marvelous. I can't begin to explain how effective it is. Within this 3-4 weeks, I have missed 5 days. I have been eating the same diet as i did before i started this workout except i started cutting carbs and included more proteins. I had a fare share of junk food as well but I don't eat much to begin with.
In the first week, i did one rep. Following which i got quite comfortable and started 2 reps a day. I had a good amount of belly fat which had accumulated due to lack of exercise since last 8-9 years. But within a month, I have reached to the before picture of ivan rusovic in this video. If i continue doing the same workout for two months with better diet, I am sure I will be able to reach the after picture of ivan on this video.

However i try my best you know. The above updates where i workout are on my off days when i stay at home

I've been going at these exercises for a week now, 3x per day, and I'll be documenting how well things go over time.
Day 1: Very subtle difference in my body
Day 2: Started to decide eating healthier foods (I used to eat donuts nonstop)
Day 3: School started, so I did one in the morning, another when I came home, and the last one before I go to bed
Day 4: Noticed that my stomach was less curved
Day 5: Memorized the format of the video (same as day 4)
Day 6: Workout went well, but I think I need to push myself harder by multiplying the exercises twice because I started to get less challenging for me. No difference since day 4 :(

Day 7: Began repeating the video 6x a day, 2 sets per workout period
Day 8: Repeat of day 7, except I started to get less sleep because of this week's hmwrk
Day 9: Fell into lazy habits, but persisted to do the videos

Day 11: Only did the video 1x per day. Yesterday made it difficult to rise back up.
Day 12: Ate more junk food and fell into lazy habits...such a downfall ever since I started school
Day 13: Went to my apartment's weight room and redeemed myself by crushing the leg exercises
Day 14: Restarted my journey after a momentary setback. My body is not as defined as it was on day 7, but I won't let is discourage me yet
Day 15: Celebrated my mom's b-day but found time for arm exercises. The drawback was that I fell through the temptations of video games and cake. However, I went back to my space and shedded off those calories.
*Was not the desired outcome I foresaw in myself, but I've regained control over my life and plan to continue to do these daily notes. Thankfully, I came out of those bad habits with mild changes to my abdominal area. Will return next week.*

I’ve be doing this for the last 7 days, only 5 min and indeed I can see the differences. I’m running 2 times per week (3k), riding bike 2 times per week too (25k) and trying to reduce sugar over the days.
It is a great set of exercises for the abs. In the first 2 days I could not make all the series, with pain and resting more times between each one. Now, just 5 days after, I’m almost getting to perform all the series just like him and my belly looks quite different. Only 7 days after with just 5 minutes a day. Thanks man!
For those of you who are wondering .He already had six pack to began with.He just didn't harden his stomach.
You can see he has lost a bit of fat in the muscle insertions of the hip, but it doesn't really matter because you can't lose fat with workout, is with healthy food and sleep well the reason of fat loss

Yeah, mostly. It could also be pre and post one 5 minute video. The immediate difference of any workout is more noticeable than the longer-term difference.
And slightly slouching also the "after" photo has some touch ups .
I have a trainer friend, who was paid $2500 to gain weight and stay out of the sun, in the 1990s. They took the "after" photos when he was super-lean and tanned. Then he watched TV for 30 days and stayed out of the sun. He ate junk food and put on 15lbs. He pushed his stomach out and slouched. Even his skin looked worse. He basically got paid to take reverse, before and after photos, for a national fitness product.

Wrong. Look into callisthenics. Mastery of body weight exercises will yield leaner, stronger muscles compared with weight training. Diet & routine are of course huge factors in sculpting your body.

RoyTroy64 that’s true but only if you diet as well. I used to believe all I had to do was just a 10 min daily six pack routine to get abs and it never worked for me until I started dieting.
RoyTroy64 also the only way I know of to lose stubborn belly fat is through a strict a diet.

I lost the other 10 doing strength training, lifting and a little cardio (keeping my meals balanced) the past 7 months. All at home with youtube videos. Been following Ivan's workouts for about 2-3 months and they're literally my only go-to for abs. Still no six pack, but definitely coming for summer 😜all about consistency tbh

hola , lo que la Roca come es proteínas, carbohidratos y grasas saludables el come dependiendo su desgaste físico , si vos quieres aumentar masa muscular esta bien esa dieta, pero tampoco recomendable comer en tanta cantidad si no una porción moderada, el tiene su dieta distribuida en el día, desayuno almuerzo , cena . yo pase por ejemplo una dieta para bajar de peso , hay dietas también que las pondré para aumentar masa muscular .

I’ve got lower back pain and most of these exercises will actually strengthen that area and could improve quality of life. Obviously, you can’t do them if you’re having acute pain but people will chronic acute pain are probably not working on their abs anyway.

Here is my journey of this video(I will try to update everyday):
Day1: I started it at 12p.m. I have finished 2 sets and my belly feels hurt but it still very easy for me
Day2: I started at 7 a.m. I do 10-minute cardio first then I do this 10mins. It hurts a little bit but it’s ok. I am very surprised because I don’t feel hurt in the second day bc of the first day. I am satisfied🎉

Day4: the stomach really hurts. I do 10 mins arm workout and 10 min abs. I still feel normal

I used to be of more than 1 quintal 6 months ago. Now I'm 83 kg and doing this exercise too. I lost 3 kg in 10 days because of this exercise.

yes but it can be do i do it in 1 month my body was fatty weigth was 84 but my height was 1.70 and in 1 month walking eating good and training hard i do it mi weight now is on 60 in 1 month only i need to do some abs to get a perfect 6 packs abs and i really belive taking like expirience to me in one moth that with these exercise i really can do my task of a 6 pack abs

He probably does it multiple times a day like I’m gonna start in a couple weeks but I’m gonna be a beginner so I might do it only one time a day, but it might be more

@@Skel5306 These both exercise targets your lower abs muscles so you can do both 30 sec alternate or you can choose between them. My opinion bicycle crunches are best.
If you want abs you would have to create a low calorie diet. It's like the famous saying, "Abs are made in the kitchen"

Depends on the body type I think. I have a bird like metabolism, so I have to average around 2000~4000 calories or else I won't gain any weight nor muscle.

When i was younger i had ABS like Ivan and i did only crunches and cross crunches. I trained daily for 5 minutes.
