IMPORTANT INFO➡️ Thick arms will be yours if you ⬇️
1️⃣ Stick to the same exercises each week
2️⃣ Train them once your twice (you don’t need more)
3️⃣ Train close to, or to failure (6-12 reps is a great range. The fewer, the more efficient)
4️⃣ Rest at least 3 min between sets
5️⃣ Strive to get stronger (In other words, Do NOT chase a pump or a burn)
Full development of the Forearms, Biceps, and Triceps takes years of hard work. I didn’t develop the truly “thick” look until perhaps 4-5 years into training. Stay patient. If I can do it, so can you ✊🏼

Just saw a Larry Wheels short where he was doing pull ups w/Fat Grips around the bar. Apparently, they help blast biceps even more during pull ups.

@@williamtanaka9712 Yeah you can emphasize more back or more bicep depending on the stance and how you grip the bar. I use a normal stance because I wanna target the bicep, forearms, and lats fairly equally.

I love doing Katana extensions for the lengthened position of my Triceps, then follow it up with a standard push down with the grip of choice.
I love how the small betas say this guys a fake natty but if you’re an experienced lifter you can tell this is a guy whose worked hard and optimised everything for 5+ years and is lean. Breaks my heart to what people think is the natural limit nowadays
