    Hi bro , push up ennaku varave varathu . but after the beginner excericise u taught us , i did the wall push up and then tried the inclined push (2 days ) then direct ah main push up ku poyutaen it did not workout well, but it did taught me the balance of body going down along with the chest . Then indha August 2nd anaiku i started doing some arms workout with dumbells (5kg) and also simultaneously i did main push up with the help of my family member --> anyone can go down easily but mella elumburathu kastam in push up so i asked my family member to hold a towel wrapped under my belly and pull me up , this happened for 1 week i got results like i myself took 3 to 4 pushups in a row by myself, now after a 3 week consistency i myself can do pushups by myself. I am now doing a daily routine of 3 sets of pushup (each set of 10) + (alternate days )chest and arms. I did not loose the abdomen fat because i didnt focus there yet but i have lost the arm fat very much and have a good strength now. I lost 3 inchs of my arm and also i hv lost 1.5inches of calf fat and 2inches of thigh fat (maybe coz of walking) . I in the coming days would love to work out the abdomen fat out and build a reasonable physique . i have no weigh machine to weigh my weight don't have the plan to invest on it coz of some economy thing. But it is easy for people like me who dont have a weigh machine to buy an inch tape and measure body size ( biceps, waist, belly,thigh etc) . I am writing this comment after 3 months because this is when i can really comment about the video by working it out rather than commenting super gorgeous by seeing it, Yes i have done it and so guys who are really getting stressed by not getting the pushups done can even follow my trick too I don't say u must follow , i am saying a trick for our Tamil Diet Studio Community.
