@@fbaltierrez thanks will do
This particular tank is not available on amazon anymore, did you luck up and find it or did you get something else? If so, do you mind sharing because I dont know which to get.
hey frank, my name is ryan. i checked you out at menards one day and learned about your channel. i love the progress that has been made in the truck build
💯💯💯💯 happy new year! Appreciate it. Good ol menards
Great ! thing that would make your tank installation smoothers. Using your inch and 1/2 hole saw kit to cut those drains and vents
Oh yes nice smooth cut
very well done ,very good presentation. where doe the first one srtart?
Just a reminder that Frank made several plumbing videos & a lot of questions I see below he already answered in another video so you definitely want to check his other videos out & that’ll answer a lot of your questions.
Frank, you are such an amazing person for doing this and you have done an A+++ job in explaining.
My only suggestion is that I am having a little difficulty following along because I have no idea what order these videos should be watched in. I’m sure there are others having the same difficulty. Do you have a cheat sheet handy anywhere so we know what order to watch them in? Or could you perhaps put links to your next video in each video’s description? That would make navigation a lot easier & maybe eliminate a lot of redundant questions 😬
For example, so far I’ve seen 3 videos on plumbing, out of sequence of course 😬 is there only 3 or are there more plumbing sequences? I ask because I couldn’t find anywhere showing how to get the dirty water out of the trailer & I’m wondering if u didn’t record that or did I just miss it?
Hi Frank! Thanks for all you've done putting this together. Can you help me by letting me know if you've installed any kind of floor drains for refrigerator condensation or anything?
No floor Drains for equipment are required for us here
Hey do you have a video of how to actually get the fittings out of the waster water tanks? The ones we ordered are solid.
Like the connection that lets the water into the waste tank and or out of the fresh water
Do you glue the adapters to the each tail piece coming from the strainers?
I’m having a hard time finding the back flow preventer. Where did you purchase yours?
🤜🏻👍🤛🏻♡♡♡
I was unable screw the female plug all the way to drain tank like yours but it’s in there good. Guessing it will be alright?
Yes should be good fill it up a bit and see if water leaks out
Definitely worth a call. can't get anyone local to respond
I have 12 sheets that I bought, debating if I want to sell of not.
@@fbaltierrez 3 10 Footers is roughly what I need to finish up
Does the check valve negate the need for something like an S trap which would prevent unwanted gasses/smells from the wastewater? Thanks!
Not 100% sure of that specific thing but in regards to my truck it does help :)
Hey Frank
Would you recommend the SEAFLO water pump you have on your trailer?
Absolutely. Great pump so far
Hey bud. Eric the plumber here again. Here to bust your balls. Hehe. Jk. Good job brother. But one minor issue here. Your hand wash sink will drain into your 3 bay sink a little bit. So it most likely won't come up into the 3 bay sink. But it will for sure pass the T going into the tank and head up towards your 3 bay sink and then will come back down where it needs to go. What you should do is change the 90 going into the tank to a T. So this way your sinks will both drain separately into the tank without sharing the same drain line in a sense. I hope this makes sense! Doing it this way i feel for certain its going to cause a problem when both sinks are run at the same time. The only other thing I could see you doing is to put another backflow preventer after the 3rd T right to the right to prevent the hand wash sink water from backing up into the 3 bay sinks.
what about the p traps and vent pipe? are they not required? im starting the plumbing on my trailer now.
None of those required with us here. Depends on your HD
What's the name of your metal supplier you get your stainless sheets from?
I'm from Central Wisconsin. but I think a trip to Chicagoland might be in order
Roco Steel. But don't those stainless steel prices still exist this but worth a try
Hi Frank, I'm in the process of getting my permit here in AZ but they denied my application 😢. They are asking for a plumbing flow chart with correct inner diameter, and I have no idea what that is.
I have been having trouble getting the seaflo33 to output enough pressure to keep the ventless water heater from shutting down, any suggestions.
I guess you could try another one, I haven't had any issues as of yet
So I see your using those white square water containers - how do you fill those and how do you empty them?? How do you empty the grey water out of that?
There is a gate Valve at the bottom of trailer that feeds down from the tanks individually with PVC
Frank. How do you power the 12v water pump? Do you run it to the breaker panel?
I don't use a 12 volt pump, it's a 120 volt
@@fbaltierrez OK.. Right now I have a shureFlo 12v pump. Using a small 12v battery to run it and im looking to do something more permanent
Hey frank. What if my waste tank isnt threaded to put the male adapter in??
That is a great question. If it was me either use cement glue the plumbing kind or get a different tank.
What size water tanks clean and waste are required in kane county?
I do know the answer however it would definitely help you out more if you google Kane County Mobile Vendor Requirements it will give you everything you need with more detail.
If you can't get the answer will help you out, always here to help.
Im very confused right now on this video. All I need to know is what goes where. Does the water coming into the trailer go to the tank...then the into the pump....out the pump to the hot water....out the hot water to the sinks? Then where do you tie in the cold water to go to the sinks too?
What size are your fresh and gray water tanks?
20 and 25 gallon. The links in description are the exact ones I have. Great product 👍
What size are your white pipes and what is the “T” pipe called located under the drainage underneath the tailpiece???? I’m having a hard time finding the fit- the tailpiece size and the parts screwed into the T
1.5 inch.
Called a backwater valve
@@fbaltierrez thanks
@@fbaltierrez another thing Hey question..? I have a Blue wire & a brown wire on output side on LED transformer.. which wires to connect to on a white romex 14/2 ? Please help ! I know the green wire is the ground wire just wana know for sure.
@@PlutoEats brown would be the hot wire
How do I know if my water pump is broke
Hola cómo lo puedo llamar
What water pump do you used on your food trailer?

@@fbaltierrez and sorry that water pump have the kill switch when the water pump is full Or when you plug-in keep running?

@@vicsosa4430 I'm sure we can make something happen 👍👍
