I have a 6x12 trailer and did the wiring and putting walls up right now and would love if you can give me some Advice trying to figure out how ima get what I need inside I’m doing bbq just brisket and it will be made before time and served out the trailer thanks
@@fbaltierrez I want to get a fryer, griddle,and 4 burner with a food warmer of some kind and refrigerator but I just don’t know how ima get it all to fit I’m almost done with putting the walls up and could send you pic of size but it’s a 6x12 but I have 5’7” of space my window and door are on the passenger side and the other wall is where I was thinking of putting all the hot equipment but they come out like 30” and it want leave much room and I really don’t know where to get the best info so I’m hoping you can help I feel the trailer is too small but I’m trying to make due with what I can

Thanks for the good info, Frank! I have a food truck and I use ratchet straps to secure the equipment while moving. However the screws that go into the walls to hold the hooks for the straps got ripped out from over-tightening. Is there a better way to secure those hooks to the walls without drilling all the way through to the outside? Thanks for any advice!

Frank, thank you for your videos. In regards to your stainless steel tables, do they make them any higher? I'm 6'4 and was wondering if that was an option so I would not have to bend over as much or is there a way to make them higher. Thank you for your help.
hi your videos are very helpfull , I have a 5 feet hood and i have a 24 inches fryer and 36 inches flat griddle thats exactly zise for the hood, do I need tables biger than 5 feet or will be ok a 24 inches equipment stand for fryer and 36 inches for the griddle?
Will they allow you to be 5 foot cooking equipment with 5 foot Hood? Sometimes they wants 6 inches on either side but that depends on who is doing your inspection
Could you inform me as to the modified height of the s/s table that the appliances (range & griddle) are on? I believe the undershelf adds stabilization to the table legs to keep them from twisting even though you have the floor Flanges. I would like to add that 316 s/s is the Top of the Line GRADE (alloy) of S/S! How do you Lock Down the Commercial Refrigerator & Prep Table Nice tables! Good Video!

I get how to mount the feet to a table. But how about the top of the table? Do you secure the top to the wall?
I do secure to the top of the wall and I use table feet flanges at the bottom

The tables sit up pretty high the top of the tables are 35 inches from floor to top

El Bosch esta bueno a mi me gustan los heater de propane. Y esos son los que puse en un video anterior

Yes and no. A lot of it sits by the front with the water tanks as well but driver side does carry all the equipment
