Exactly, Alice in Chains is definitely the best band from the grunge scene.
Soundgarden goes further back and she wasn't around the AIC camp like at all. AIC and then PJ were relatively new. Folks tend to forget how far back Soundgarden went.

I saw Nirvana in Toronto on November 4th/1993, which just happened to be my 25th birthday. What a show. Best one I've ever seen in my life and I've seen 'em all, but this one took the cake.
have you seen Halsey live tho? I saw her with Imagine Dragons, and Billie Eillish is insane too, what about other punk legends like Gwen Stefani, Avril Lavigne? Ever seen them? Way better energy than drug music,
@@rsps16 Nirvana was and is one of a kind, yes those artist are great but they will never compare. No doubt definitely up there, super iconic but grunge is completely different than those mainstream artists.

What is it about her? The way she speaks these days... I can't put my finger on it. What is that? Is she hiding a secret? Is she nervous? There's almost something alluring about that. But I don't know how to describe it. It's almost as if the old Courtney Love turned into a composite of Courtne + 2 or 3 other woman ....I don't know who...but it seems that way.

actually even Eddie Vedder said in an interview that he and Kurt had both agreed to never do something for Time magazine but they ended up putting Eddie's face on it anyways. Eddie was mad about that and I believe that Kurt probably was pissed since Eddie had already promised to not let that happen lol

I’m fairly sure he liked himself. You could tell leading up to his death. He tried to kill himself in Rome, he’s been suicidal and depressed most of his life and you can hear it in his music. Even in his last show you can tell he was just done
I hope all this bullshit lasts forever I didn't think at the time that Kurt, even though super famous would become uber famous like Elvis Presley, Bruce Lee, Jimi Hendrix etc. I love it because he knew what he was doing and Nirvana was and is the greatest of all time.
