I don't think that she's on drugs..I think she knows exactly what she's doing. She's bored with the interview and not taking it seriously, so she is taking advantage of the interviewer's passivity by filling the space with babble in order to entertain herself and not let the interviewer embarass themself with stupid questions.
I think it's absolutely tragic how you can watch any video on UA-cam of Kurt, Frances or Courtney, and all people will talk about in the comments is how much they hate someone in the family… how Kurt was messed up, or how Courtney is a murderer, or how Kurt was selfish for killing himself. Come on, you weren't living their lives and you don't even know them. Instead of judging, support the music, or don't watch these videos.
she wasnt doing any illegal drugs here,she quit those for good in 2005/2006 when she went for 3 months in rehab,but,she even admitted herself that during this era (2009/2010) she was taking Adderal,which is basically "legal Speed" you can get prescribed to. You can clearly see the effect of it on this interview.

Dave was an awesome drummer. no one ever disputed that except Dave grohl himself who claims without any sort of direction speaking with Cobain that Kurt thought his drumming sucked at around the in vitro album. Personally, Cobain was doing 700 dollors of heroin a day and anything would suck while he was sober, so its easy for a guy like grohl to get that sudden impression.
'Oh man' you know 'I fucking hate these guys' you know 'and I have to do everything'... what bullshit, I doubt Kurt actually said that AND if Pat is such a good friend of hers then why is he the founding and current member of her WORST enemy's band? Pat and Dave have a very close relationship which is also a reflection of the relationship Kurt and Dave had... regardless of what lies Courtney splurts out.
Im NOT judging her or anything,cos i love her and respect her and most of all, understand the ups and downs anyone,especially someone this sensible and that had such a hard time during her whole life could go through,but im pretty sure she was slightly alterated during this.just MY opinion though
