Im 61 years old. Have not exercised in many years. I dont like gyms. I came across this video. I gave it a go. It was a struggle for me but I managed to attempt all the moves if not as long as I should but I feel this instruction is doable and something I can fit in daily. I totally identify! I've been doing pilates, mostly Isa's classes 4-6 days a week since Jan 2021 until July last year when I got COVID. Took a long break to heal and now I'm like pre-beginner haha!
I'm 22 years old with terrible lower back pain. (I was told that I have "mild scoliosis" as a child but I was not told what that means or that it would worsen as I got older). I'm an assistant teacher and just standing through a 45 minute class today was excruciating (and I can't bend over to stretch my back because you know, middle school boys... this isn't an academic school haha). I have no core strength and struggle to even feel my core during core exercises, so I keep trying new videos to see what works for me without feeling impossible. Thank you for this. I feel like I really connect with you as a person and I felt my core for the first time in years. Thank you, I will come back to this maybe everyday or every other day!

I’ve been giving up the yoga mat for such a long time because my body was trembling and I couldn’t follow the instruction while doing some poses. Your instructions were easy to follow and i was so motivated in those last seconds when you started to sing some melodies, my body believed that I could make it through- which I did!!!! Plus, I didn’t know how to breathe before (i got confused with all the movements and when to breathe) but your breathing makes it sooooooo easy to follow and i got so relax with the breathing part!!! Thank you for inspiring me in keeping myself healthy!!! Can’t wait to tell my mom how fun and relax this session has been!!!

As someone who is overweight and works from home, living a very sedentary lifestyle, this video was perfect. Its something I can actually do at home with no equipment. Its also actually beginner friendly! I find a lot of "beginner" exercises were still too hard for me to get through, but I was able to get through this video without stopping. I also have hip and back pain and I feel so much better from doing this. I plan to incorporate this video into my weekly workout routine

Its also actually beginner friendly! I find a lot of "beginner" exercises were still too hard for me to get through, but I was able to get through this video without stopping. I also have hip and back pain and I feel so much better from doing this. I plan to incorporate this video into my weekly workout routine

I had tried pilates before many times and it did not agree with my neck so I decided it wasn't for me. I have been following this channel for a long time but never done a lesson, because stubborn...finally started this weekend and I'm doing a lesson a day- Amazing!
