Thank you for putting so much of an emphasis on breath! I used to hold my breath in poses because I thought that was strength, using my breath means tapping into my power! Thank you 🙏

I just saw a girl on tiktok saying that your classes are really good and i can tell that i feel really relaxed after this one. I loved it!!!

first day done and I love! I have a skin condition that is trigger by sweating, and this workout was perfect as I barely sweat! excited for the next couple of days ☺️
I was able to do a few of your more advanced classes. However I am recovering from an abdominal surgery now so this is the perfect way to slowly get into moving my body again. The timing was perfect.

Thank u for this class. My wrists were hurting so I appreciated the correction instruction. The rib cage bridge instruction was very helpful. Would love more instruction on a Pilates downward dog….is weight forward, back towards the heels or evenly dispersed? Fun class thx!

I love this class. I am really focusing on imprinting my back and keeping my core activated. I could definitely feel the lovely stretch more today during the glute bridges. ❤
I love this, too! I think I definitely got better at imprinting my lower back for the second day and I was definitely able to appreciate the stretches more
Thanks Isa! Just did this exercise. But for some reason i could not feel my core during the core segment of the workout. I believe i did exactly as the girl and mirrored her knee angle. But i could not feel the tension in my core even though my lower back was imprinting to the ground and my belly button was pulled inwards. It probably either wasn’t challenging enough for me or i must’ve done something wrong. But thank you for this anyways. I will try again tomorrow for day 2. Maybe i will have unlocked the clue then haha 😅
