I was a little bit thrown off at first with the absence of music as I compared this to prior videos I've followed. However, I completely loved it! Hearing your breathing pattern was sooo helpful.
This was great Isa! Your new place is lovely and so was this morning's pilates routine. There were interesting and graceful moves that challenged different areas of my body, allowing me to be energized for the day.

I am so excited with your classes. Best pilates videos I have found! I have some experience in pilates, but my fitness is quite low. I am never disappointed with your classes, I can usually keep up with the flow, excersises have just the right amount of challenge and originality so as to not get bored or discouraged. Oh thanks! I loved it too and filmed a few classes there but unfortunately they have mice !! and it's not clean enough...and I just cant be rolling in mice poo! ahahah x so I found another one... :-)

Isa, the only complaint I have is that you consistently forget to instruct us when to switch directions or inform us how many reps we need to do. You take the time to edit your videos, consider adding the audio after so you can insert these helpful directions
