YES!!! If I try to do 30-40 mins every day I easily give up. I can do the 15-25 min videos up to 5 times a week and it’s so beneficial because I get a great workout without getting sweaty, tired or sore and it’s still gives me amazing results. I can convince myself to do 15 mins of anything but not 40😂
more Beginner to Moderate level pilates classes please. it's nice to have these workouts where you want to progress from beginner level, but not quite ready for moderate level.
Absolutely! I was pretty sick the last months and couldn't workout at all. This helps so much to get back into a schedule without being to overwhelming.

If I can’t do all the moves in the intermediate advanced I try not to give myself shit, I take breaks and drink water and I find the next time I try the intermediate video I do much better and have more stamina!

I've struggle to be constant with regular working out, but since I found your pilates videos I wake up every morning to do routines. Now I'm seeing faster changes in my body and I'm so motivated.

This is so weirdly specific but I have ADHD and physically cannot sleep if I haven't worked out. Between my job, commute and disability, it's really hard to get in strong workouts that give me good quality of sleep. wow I feel identified the truth is that I saw a video on tik tok of a girl who recommended to several girls I saw her UA-cam channels but I liked it and I chose to practice with you and I liked it because I have practiced yoga and I love to go along with conscious breathing. Now I am not in my best moment I have existential problems, sadness, the brightness of my eyes is gone and I have no hobbies but today I decided to watch your videos and practice thank you and well I find myself very thin, I am sedentary my job is sitting and I have lost weight and strength to more than gain extra kilos and low energy but I join to continue doing pilates .. and I wish that glow up that is happening to you that we shine and go super well to all of us who have our internal and external struggles but we are building us and loving us.
Loved this! I was worried we wouldn't get enough stretching and easing in in a short workout but you fit it in perfectly! I also loved the side lying series. Was doing the clam shell leg movement with the kick and was so happy to hear “two more left”, then i hear “let’s draw those circles” and I literally almost died, but some how I’m able to do the whole work out because your voice is so calming! And it even becomes enjoyable which I’ve never experienced with work outs, thank you so much!

Loved this class Nicole. I have an injury on my left hand and it was very doable to modify the few positions that required to bear weight on it. Also appreciated the shorter length class on those days where it needs to squeeze into a schedule. Also love that you provide music to your classes! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

this is day two i keep shaking but i got this and i’m SWEATING day 3: - day 4: shaking still but it’s a bit easier. sweating a little. last part is the most exhausting. and i feel it in my other leg when i do the legs exercises. day 5: struggled with the last part again. my arms are too weak day 6: struggling with balance and upper body is still weak but everything got easier so today is my last day doing these exercises I'm going to switch to a harder one thank you so much for helping me getting stronger. will always appreciate you! see you in a different video:)

I was unsure how your videos would make me feel, considering I suffer from long Covid and exercise intolerance as a side effect. I haven’t exercised properly in the past 4 months, but this was the perfect mix! The breathing included with each exercise is what got me through it all, not once did I feel my intolerance kick in and the wind down at the end has left me feeling energised and ready for the day!! I can’t wait to get up early tomorrow and try another one of your videos. Thankyou for hopefully kick starting my journey to getting better 💕

Day 1 Dec 16 ,2024 me trying Pilates for the first time… Who said Pilates like this one is easy? I do a resistance workout at home and this made me questioning my strength at 8:30 minutes in I felt the shift I was struggling but wow this workout is amazing I liked the control, slowness and calmness when I finished I felt good even my rib cage muscles felt open and relaxed. I’m impressed

As a more advanced pilates girly, i wanted something gentle and this was great! Added ankle weights for a bit of extra spice for those legs

I haven’t done your videos in a long time since I have re-injured my back a few months ago but with tbe physiotherapy I received and the core exercises I have been doing these last few months I am happy to say I did this class with a few modifications and feel so strong. Thank you 🙏💕

Hi Nicole! Thank you! I have been following your videos for about three weeks and they have been my favorite workouts I’ve ever done. After finding your videos, I opted not to join a Pilates club and I’m so happy I chose this route! Coming off of two bedridden pregnancies and c-sections, I found myself in a very tough place mentally and physically. Although I’m not back to my pre-baby state, I feel so amazing. Loved this class Nicole. I have an injury on my left hand and it was very doable to modify the few positions that required to bear weight on it. Also appreciated the shorter length class on those days where it needs to squeeze into a schedule. Also love that you provide music to your classes! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Love this workout Nicole. I am just amazed at the continued variations you have been able to come up with is sidelying and hands and knees. You are so creative and my core and hips thank you. this is day two i keep shaking but i got this

day 3: -
day 4: shaking still but it’s a bit easier. sweating a little. last part is the most exhausting. and i feel it in my other leg when i do the legs exercises.
day 5: struggled with the last part again. my arms are too weak
day 6: struggling with balance and upper body is still weak but everything got easier so today is my last day doing these exercises I'm going to switch to a harder one

I was unsure how your videos would make me feel, considering I suffer from long Covid and exercise intolerance as a side effect. I haven’t exercised properly in the past 4 months, but this was the perfect mix!
The breathing included with each exercise is what got me through it all, not once did I feel my intolerance kick in and the wind down at the end has left me feeling energised and ready for the day!!
I can’t wait to get up early tomorrow and try another one of your videos. Thankyou for hopefully kick starting my journey to getting better 💕
Wonderful workout! I love the beginner to moderate level class and wish there were more. 20-30 minutes is perfect and easier to fit into the day than longer sessions. Day 1 Dec 16 ,2024 me trying Pilates for the first time… Who said Pilates like this one is easy? I do a resistance workout at home and this made me questioning my strength at 8:30 minutes in I felt the shift I was struggling but wow this workout is amazing I liked the control, slowness and calmness when I finished I felt good even my rib cage muscles felt open and relaxed. I’m impressed

Just did this workout after not working out in about a year due to an injury.. & WOW! This was actually hard for me at some parts lol I need to desperately strengthen my hips and abs. More beginner friendly workouts would be soo0o0o0o appreciated
