The way they sell a sparkling pool the size for a toddler lmao ~ these people are afraid to speak truths about this low quality city and dull state. The phony state laws and policies out of thin air along with blocked traffic for whatever reason is not a highlight. Unfinished construction 🚧 is more of a decorative design year long. Bad drinking water and sadly a big cesspool. Las Vegas isn’t what it once was it’s become violent, unruly, unsafe, dangerous, and majority of women are prostitutes that blend in any work place ( schools) let’s just call it what it really is, the city was made by gangsters to accommodate gambling, prostitute seekers, drunks and drug addicts. It has a big scale of missing people both adults and youth. They try to mascarade it with shows, concerts, and fake plastic garments and gardens, it’s like visiting Tokyo everything is fake. The women walk around in scantily revealing clothing with no shame and you can be charged as a criminal for stopping at any bridge thanks to F1 regulations. This lady is not telling anyone how gridlock and blocked streets can effect their life and valuable time. Any one can shoot you or stab you, the mirage of this place being a great location died decades ago. If you don’t want your children to become hookers and gambling addicts don’t move there.
Of course Olga does a terrific job describing what's going on in Vegas now, but the bonus content of previewing next year is unexpected and awesome! Super helpful as a visitor but I could see locals loving this as well.
Sadly enough, Station Casinos doesn't seem to be bringing back their buffets. Not enough money in them, perhaps. They are definitely missed by the retirement crowd. Just a comment, and my own opinion.
@@LasVegasOlgaMorenoI look forward to watching it. My wife and I are relocating from the Boston Area to Las Vegas this summer. I will be working on the project.
Do you really believe her salad talk? Lmao this state and city are not a great place to live. Bad schools, bad drinking water, overpriced homes and when the HOA has major water pipes breaking they file bankruptcy leaving you with the bill. This city is nothing but a notorious mess. Why would a realtor tell you this cesspool is not a great beautiful place? People need to really see the real deal, don’t get trapped in a desert that’s known for boom and bust especially when it relies on tourism and they rely on imported everything food, water, they control your watering but have golf courses everywhere.
This is a more personal question if you're able to answer as a Las Vegas resident not realtor. I personally loathe structure I don't like all my drinks measured and I don't like all of the people I see uniformed I feel like it is turned with all the new construction into a gigantic Suburban salad bowl🤷
Blocked traffic year round nothing ever gets done. These people built homes fully knowing water is an issue the drinking water is not super. The only place that gets attention is the strip ( it’s all owned by the same small circle ⭕️ of people hence the strip is called paradise?) but anything outside the area, you will be blocked and watching cones for months and months but nothing ever fixed or done. She fails to say how bad the drinking water is, how bad schools are ( sewer breaks) are not reason to fix them. Everything is imported so your grocery items are super high. Car insurance is a monopoly and really high wait till Trump steps in the office sticker shock is going to rock Las Vegas yet again.
Vegas is much more then the strip, Henderson and Summerlin have some very nice affordable communities. It is not for everyone but to say its a bad place to raise kids is wrong.
It’s just a big lie hence the repeated ( sugar coating?) these places are old and in some areas you can smell the nasty sewer. If I could describe Vegas in the reality it’s like a full overflowing porter potty crawling with maggots. Sin city is disgusting.
As with California, keep building 35,000 homes, then tell everyone they can't have additional water to use

MUCH BETTER review than I expected when compared to creators with well over 100k subs. I'm subscribing. WELL DONE!
Agree. This feels like it's been rehersed versus just off the cuff. More professional.
Incredible review! Thank you!

great for the Arts district---but ya need to get rid of the homeless and the drug dealers for the area to be successful.
Traffic will be like CA too😊

“ my friends and I “
I wish that proposed Major League Soccer team and new stadium were coming.
Vegas has high salaries? How are people affording homes and gambling???? I need to find a new job if so.
You’re making more videos than Johnny these days. What’s he been up to?
Where the water?
exactly..same here in CA--they all bitch about it, but keep approving 35,000 homes

Vegas is the worst place on gods earth to raise your kids

Keep your kids off my lawn
it's a great time to be living in LAS VEGAS🙂❤🦂🍔🏜🌞
Shorten the vlog by 50% by not saying "super" every other word.
