I like Southern Highlands, so very beautifull masterplann community. Home and rest home of Famous celebrities, what a Place.

Been living in Henderson for 22 years, the progress is so fast that I cannot count how many construction I see while I drive,. Henderson is a very nice place, I hope it will not be transformed to the like of North Las vegas. Everything here is spacious, so much to move on, no bumper to bumper traffic. I love the so many different kinds of restaurant in here, you could taste any food that is serve around the World.

We need to promote the art district more, hope Hard Rock Cafe built a small shop in there. We need to built a solar sea water treatment plant in the west coast and use the rail to tansport water to Las Vegas.

The Guest House at town square just did their soft open at town square! It's the nicest off strip restaurant hands down. Amazing vibes, live DJ , great food. It's gorgeous

Las Vegas isn’t entertainment it’s a bizarre city that caters to prostitution and zero moral standards. You have bad drinking water, and water issues that can seriously damage value of property. Another worse thing is the homeless population along with violent crime, worse some are charged others are not. How about being the worst school system in the nation? Yeah raising a family in such negative environment doesn’t really sound exciting. The big false illusion of this city and state being some sort of miraculous city is a big scam. You attract criminals and low lives of all kinds. Even police departments have criminals with in. No thanks.

Both Summerlin and Henderson offer their own advantages. I moved to the Vegas valley about 10 years ago and lived in both areas before settling in Southern Highlands. I spend a lot of time at Sunset Park and frequently travel, so I’m often picking up guests from the airport or catching flights myself. During my year in Summerlin, I found the location inconvenient-when meeting friends, I always had to drive back to Summerlin afterward. Now, as I look for a home to purchase, I’m focusing on properties in the Southwest or Henderson.

Another big one is the Four Seasons Private Residences Las Vegas set within the MacDonald Highlands.

I personally loathe structure I don't like all my drinks measured and I don't like all of the people I see uniformed I feel like it is turned with all the new construction into a gigantic Suburban salad bowl🤷
