HOAs, can! and have foreclosed on fully paid properties. Houses without them sell so much faster. 1 less entity to deal with in a transaction. 99% of houses in Long Island and the Hamptons don't have them - the past 400 years. The town/city needs to do their job and not rely on HOAs

Henderson is 💯 times better

It’s an ugly city homeless everywhere and the strip stinks like sewer. It’s a town with lights, congratulations you have Xmas lights year round. Hookers, low lifes and a fake atmosphere everything is fake. Please let everyone know why majority of people go? It’s sickening.

Homeless issues and crime issues since it’s near the downtown???

We might be thinking of moving to Las Vegas to retire. What kind of advantages are there for veterans? We would be thinking of buying a house, perhaps a new house, or a condo. We have watched many of your shows and liked them. We would be moving from Long Beach CA. Look forward to your reply.

Of course, there's no information on rentals around there. Not one of you property managment people on UA-cam ever provide any information on rentals. Remember: Not everybody who moves here is rich or can afford to buy a home. You're just like the rest of your colleagues on UA-cam. You sound like snake oil salesmen. Btw: People NOT from here are very familar with what a community looks like with NO HOA. People who live in Vegas talk to others like we're all stupid. It's rather uncanny.

Stop IT!!! Keep telling people to move to Summerlin and Henderson!!! Even adjacent to McNeil in more affordable areas, are best kept secrets. Live in Las Vegas 30 years, and in this general area for 12.
