      Enjoyed your video. Based on what I saw of the food, No. I wouldn’t spend that kind of money on this buffet. I adore crab, but this is just too much money. I can’t envision a buffet where I would spend this much. I’m happy to see & hear your review(s). Thanks for sharing.

    This feels like absurdly expensive Dim Sum. My Asian immigrant mother always told me, Chinese food was never meant to be expensive. Food was designed to be “affordable.”

    • @qidongxu7339
      @qidongxu7339 14 днів тому

      @ I’ve been to Vegas many times especially when it wasn’t an investment of a vacation as it is now. Whether it was the Wynn, the Bellagio (when it was new), the Rio (RIP) at its height…or the Hotel at Mandalay Bay (pre-mass shooter) buffets are still just buffets. Still slightly better than Crystal Palace at Disneyworld. You get there a few hours after the food drops, the drop off in quality in taste is noticeable. Buffets even in 2024 shouldn’t be more than $50. You can still get quality and quantity Chinese food in NYC for faaaaaaar less than $120 whether it’s in downtown Manhattan, Flushing, or Brooklyn. It’s not a “maybe” it’s Guaranteed as the safest bet at the table. Happy holidays everyone.

    More and more viewers are leaving comments about PRICE POINTS in Las Vegas as I watch many videos to know ... some say they will visit less or not at all due to affordability. We have seen prices go up ... with added JUNK FEES even. It's great that Las Vegas has some higher price options to choose from ... but there are visitors who still count on those "VEGAS DEALS." It's too bad Las Vegas has changed to become less affordable for more and more people ... hospitality is about welcoming and service to many and that is what made Las Vegas grow from its very beginning 😊

    Looks like they jacked up the price $20 this year. Still worth it for me I can eat 5-6 king crab legs ($150-200 value). Excellent fair review even though they comped the meal.

    After spending a week in Vegas, in a non-smoking property, I cooked the majority of meals in the all-suite's location just off the strip. I played $20 on one slot on the strip and won $300. I also discovered a secret on how to get a much lower price on an Uber. I walked one building over to an apartment building, probably 25 yards over, and got the ride for just over 50% less than if I got an Uber at the resort. The resort had a free shuttle to the strip and to Orleans, thus avoiding car rental, parking fees, and never ending road construction.

Loved their pork belly lettuce wraps, which is an appetizer. it’s not your typical fine dining restaurant because their food will actually fill you up. i went by myself and skipped the entree because the salad and the appetizer already got me full. Best to bring your date because you’ll need to share the portions. Im going back Feb 2.

    Very good video and thanks for sharing your experience. I however, would have started with the more expensive items, and worked my way down to the pastries, which naturally cure your appetite. Plus, the breaded items early cut in on and fill you up before you even get a chance at the main items, for which you are paying dearly for.:)

    I equate this with a high tea in a upscale hotel in London, so the cost is not out of line . That being said, I remember the Vegas of the mid-60's when the food and accommodations were reasonable to attract gamblers. These incentives are no longer needed.
