Quick tip: you can use vegetable broth in place of the bouillon cubes if you’d like. Just substitute the water with vegetable broth and omit the bouillon cubes - that’s it! Enjoy 🍝
Congrats for 2M 💃💃💃💃🍫🍫

How many servings does this make?
Perfect timing❤ Beautiful & such calming video🙆
Thanks Sadia! It's beautiful comfort food! Just what me and my family need right now.
your voice is so calming, you should start a podcast
Or a asmr channel or some videos like that 😁
@@Blackandwhite3005 wow, you're absolutely beautiful!
Kerol 😊
I would listen to that! I loved the short 'crossover series' she did with Gaz Oakley (Avantgarde Vegan). I thought their relationship came across really well and I would definitely like to hear interviews with other chefs/ nutritionists/ cooks/ plant-based humans that were a little more personal. Could record the podcast then have a supplementary (vegans love supplements) video that they record after the podcast that goes up on her channel. This could draw viewers from her youtube channel to the podcast, and visa versa. Will also be nice to listen to a podcast which isn't produced by a middle-aged white guy.
@@Blackandwhite3005 you are French!! Hi!!
I'd love to see you make some budget proof, easy to make student meals!
xXJokerAtWorkXx Okay..?
These can all be made on a budget. Make your own sun dried tomatoes and hummus to reduce the cost.
Check out "Vegan But Lazy". She's awesome, she even has a video for what to eat if you're homeless. The commentary voiceover is hilarious too. Her and her husband just have conversations about random shit while you watch her tattooed hands cook. See below...

Fun trick for making a "cream" at home is blending half a cup or so of almond milk with half a block of tofu. It is also a great replacement for coconut milk!
Thank you for the tip! Does it matter if the tofu is firm or not?
Maria Johnson I would have thought the tofu is silken, though I might be wrong
@@Leo-dj3zg at the store, the tofu package I have says firm so wasn't sure if it would make a difference regarding texture
Hi! What would justify this replacement? Is it price (coconut milk is much more expensive than the other two ingredients) or health (boosting protein content)? Thank you!
octopu5ie Maybe someone doesn’t like the taste of coconut milk or they don’t like the high fat content. Fat has more than twice the calories per gram than carbs or protein and for some of us, that causes problems. Others have no problems with it.
What is really appealing is that the recipes she introduces looks so delicious that you want to try and make them regardless of whether or not you are vegan.
They are! My family and I are omnivores and we love them lol
One-pot dishes are my thing!!

For bold, you put * right before and right after the phrase u want to bold . NO SPACE!

I wish I had a smell option on UA-cam because I would press it every time for you videos Sadia
Dear Sadia, we absolutly enjoyed the creamy one pot pasta with Coconutcream and mushrooms. You truly die not exegerate with the dish. The sun dried tomatos perfectly matched the pasta. This is already our NEW favourite pasta dish. Thank you and greetings from Leipzig, Germany.
I recently made the transition to a vegan diet and I have to say, the one-pot creamy mushroom pasta was HANDS DOWN the best vegan thing I have made by far! Possibly one of the best things I've made in general! It had such a wonderful, almost cheesy flavor. Thank you so much Sadia!
Agree, I have to say that the mexican pizza is a close second!
Try Indian cuisine. You'll be blown away
That creamy mushroom pasta has me drooling! So into mushrooms lately
there's something in the air because I've been obsessed with mushrooms these past few weeks! 🤤
Omg me too
Megan O. Me too!!
I made it and it was absolutely amazing
👀mushrooms huh
Your tonality has some therapeutical speciality that's rare
you don't really notice the taste at the end, but to be safe you can also use any type of vegan creamer or make your own cashew cream :)
Ok I made the creamy mushroom pasta and I have to say it’s absolutely amazing, it’s so tasty!! I made it for my family (non-vegan) and they loved it! I’m going vegan for 30 days and your recipes are really helping me out! I totally recommend the first recipe to anyone reading this
could you taste the coconut milk?
Irma de Leon a little, but it was really nice
Did you put nutritional yeast?
Same here. It was so tasty.
I did and I lovedddddddd
This video is absolutely incredible. The filming is gorgeous, the pasta looks like art work, the steps are easy to follow, and your voice is so kind!
Oh Sadia, Sadia! Please publish a cookbook already! I absolutely love your recipes. And of course, your videos. Your presence on UA-cam is a blessing to the community❤️
She should publish an audio cook book. Her voice is so calming n soothing and her recipes are yum.
I just made the 1st recipe (like i'm eating it now) and it is so AMAZING. I was skeptical about the flavors coming together, but i'm so happy that I went with it. It is so good and all in one pot, so minimal dishes for me. Most definitely staying on my go-to recipes!
i've made all of these and they are truly incredible. I am BEGGING you to come out with more pasta dishes -- these are seriously unbeatable & healthy!!!!
Congratulations for having 2 Million subscribers Sadia 🥳🤗🥳!!! I liked you from the very beginning - you still seem so humble and kind! Love and appreciation from Vienna/Austria/Europe
Thanks so much, Jojoba!
It doesn't matter if I don't have many of those ingredients, this was INSPIRATIONAL to me. I can already imagine playing these recipes with my own ingredients. Thank you!
Every time I watch your videos, I fall more and more utterly in love with your kitchen and your set ups with the plants and such. So beautiful, along with the yummy foods!! 🥺💖🌱
Happy three years! 🎉🙏🏼🥰

She sounds like Miss Honey from Matilda
Mia Yana EXACTLY! that’s who I was thinking of
THAT!
She also looks like her a bit
I think she sounds like Shay Mitchell!
Mia Yana because of your comment, i watched Matilda on UA-cam and it's the best movie i have ever watched. Thank you
Fuuuckk those are some recipes I might have to try out at night, while everyone's sleeping and no one can see me.
I'm Italian.
I love your comment, because I absolutely hate the idea of one pot pastas, though these do look decently enjoyable.
You better make sure no Italian sees you cook your pasta in the sauce! Controlling the firmness in these recipes would be very difficult, and it may be a block of soggy noodles as a leftover... But fresh I'm sure these would be nice!
why do italian people always gotta tell everyone they're italian. no one cares
@@stackblack2616 it's the pasta calling
Stack Black no one cares about this comment either
that kitchen deserves it's own spinoff episode on a gardening channel. those vines
I've just made the mushroom pasta dish for my husband and daughters ages 4 & 2.. They all had seconds they loved it so much. This will definitely be my new go to easy dinner from now on. Thank you Sadia it's a winner from my family in New Zealand xx
These all look so delicious. This is one of my favorite UA-cam channels, Sadia, your videos are so serene. Like a massage for my eyes and ears.
I made the mushroom fusilli. So easy, hardly any cleanup, and it was delicious! So hearty and creamy, perfect for a snowy winter dinner
I have made every single one pot dishes and I am always amazed at the depth of rich flavor that you get in every recipe. I was blown away by the One Pot Lasagna soup! You are my go to person in this lifestyle and I am proud to say that Im fully plant based for over a year now, and having your website as a cushion has been essential and beautiful in my journey! Thank you!
Sadia, it's so nice to see you opening up and just being more you. Thank you so much for all the effort! I made the golden milk and it's my new favorite beverage! Lots of love over the holidays
Yessss I needed this thanks Sadia I will be watching it rn !!! Love from Greece 🇬🇷 and have a nice and lovely day
Such vivid colors and comforting flavours.
I just made the mushroom pasta yesterday. It was amazing. Really flavorful with lots of texture and extremely satisfying. I used red pepper flakes instead of the red chili and it worked out really well! Thanks so much for the recipe!!!
So I was wondering if there were any great easy pasta recipes because I am craving for pasta! Just in time, as always. Saviour. Love your channel and your recipes and your calming voice ❤
Just made the MUSHROOM FUSILLI, wow just wow. The flavors are so amazing, my friend is over and she loved it too. We both thought it tasted like it could be served at a fancy restaurant. Thank you for sharing your delicious recipe. ❤️❤️
Your channel is the only every youtube channel that I legitimately get very excited for each week!! Thank you so much
Just wanted to say thank you for the creamy mushroom pasta recipe. I did it today and it turned out great ! Keep the recipes coming please. Love the decor, your voice , your nails are always nice too. Thank you so much !
Your One-Pot Pasta rosé is heaven! We've cooked it yesterday and it was amazing!
This looks incredible and I’m definitely trying it
I really love all your videos and all you collabs with Graz. I already only really eat tuna and eggs, but this makes it so easy to make the switch over to being completely plant based. Thanks so much for all you do!
I’ve made the first two pasta recipes so many times that I basically have them memorized. They are both delicious and come together easily. And now I make kind of a combination of the two recipes, mushroom (and often spinach) with the hummus rose sauce. It’s so good!
I've made this mushroom pasta a bunch of times, and it's just delicious. I got pink oyster mushrooms at our farmers market this time! Easy to make and plenty of leftovers for future meals. Thank you.
Hi Sadia. I tried my own recipe with penne pasta, after watching your video this morning. I used different ingredients ( since I didn't had original ingredients ) but followed your method. It was for my kids after school meal. He loved it. It was so good . Thanks for uploading. I cooked some pasta sauce in olive oil, then added water, salt, dries basil and oregano. To the boiling water, added the penne. Once cooked added baby spinach. After a couple of minutes, added few spoons of whole milk. Cooked for a little while. Your recipes are so inspirational for a healthy cooking routine
From your joyful, soothing and calm voice to the beautiful settings and delicious recipes - I love everything about your universe. Thank you for another great video 🙏
You are by far the most creative planet-base cooking channel! Love everything you make. Thank you so much for sharing 😍
I NEEDED I MEAN DESPERATELY needed new pasta recipes😂😂
I have been looking for exactly this, things I can make in my instant pot! The way you say "pasta" is interestingly distinctive.
You're such a high-vibe, vibrant woman 🤗🥰 it's a joy to watch you! Stay blessed, Sadia 💚
I made it right now, and it didn’t taste like coconut milk 💞🤤
Where does she get her dishes? They’re gorgeous, also, so excited to try these out!
Her kitchen thought! It looks amazing
I love all of your recipes and your style of cooking. You are so calming and extremely talented !!!! Thank you so much for all of the inspiration 💜💜💜
Italians need to chill sometimes, says me (an italian)
I agree! No need to fuss so much, just cook pasta separately and add it later to the sauce! But I personally would like to try the way she does! It's good to try other ways! Also coffee, for example, I've always been skeptical about filtered coffee, but when I tried it I liked more then the "Holy Espresso"!!!
Is the pasta going to be actually al dente? There is nothing worst than eat an over cooked pasta 😣
Lol, I'm sticking to the tried and true. Cook it separately until its al dente. Then add it in.
@@neradora you could add the pasta at the very end for it to be aldente
my only complain is that i keep hearing al DANTE it gives me chills, but love the content im surely doing this recipes at home
I feel soooooo guilty because I totally love and support the channel but that and hearing Passtah is just so harsh and jars me out of relaxing into the video. 😳
Europeans and Brits tend to pronounce taco with a short a, to rhyme with back, rather than the Spanish pronunciation that rhymes with dock. Hurts my ears.
As a Canadian I can admit we pronounce things funny sometimes. Sorry
@Tee S I'm Canadian & I pronounce Al Dente properly. Yes, our vowels have a tendency to sound different, but incorrect is incorrect.
@@AJBouc Hey, you gave us Ryan Reynolds so you can do whatever you want.
Love the ease of one pot meals especially around this time of year.
I love your channel. Your videos are so informative and calm. Thank you for sharing all of your recipes with us!
Ah I'm watching this while eating cereal from a mug for dinner...
Just tried the rosé penne and I'm so in love!! Thank you for your amazing comfort recipes💗
Me too. It was amazing🙏💖
I honestly haven't been SO intrigued by pasta in a long time. All 3 recipes seem amazing and I really want them right now!
I absolutely LOVE your one-pot recipes! So easy to make and the clean up is even easier
my italian grandfathers would both shoot me on sight if i cooked my pasta like this but will definitely try these sauces! They look amazing!!
Just when I was wondering what to make for diner tonight 😇😌
IKR!!
LOVE LOVE YOUUU. Been plant based for three years now and its all thanks to you. Please keep it up! I was wondering if you could do a video of all kinds of kitchen appliances you have and what recipes you use them for. :)
I appreciate you sharing these recipes with us! I must say that your recipes are so YAM and colorful and healthy, even for a non-vegan! Thank you!
They look so yummy! I would love to see a rice risotto video like this one!
Girl you make meeee hungryyyyyyyy by your amazing dishes . I’ll 💯 try these and I can’t wait to open my restaurant one day
I made the mushroom pasta for my family last night, and it was absolutely delicious! Worked great with a touch of hot sauce (used a Portugese one that adds a ton of heat in a drop, and doesn't alter the flavour much). And love how this came together in one pot. Thanks for this recipe!
Your videos feel like hug from inside 💕💕 Thank you so much for making such inspiring videos. I constantly find myself looking for the next video. Lots of love to you 🥰
It's mother's day at 24 of november) My mom is coming from another town, I'm gonna cook her the mushroom one))
Aww that's so sweet
It’s my brother’s birthday on November 24th and he hates mushrooms.
So I’m gonna cook him that one as well
It was really good!
I’m watching this while eating breakfast. Now I’m hungry again.
Since this video was posted, I have already tried the first two recipes. Te second one is particularly good! Thank you for always providing delicious new meal ideas to add to my rotation!
Everything looks absolutely scrumptious!
First i wanted to try the creamy mushroom pasta.. but my local shop ran out of mushrooms (what a shame XD) so I decided to give the rosé a try. BEST decision of my life. It's very creamy and delicios. My new favorite for sure. Love your channel btw.
oh my god. I made the last recipe, it was soooo tasty!!! I'm def making it again!
Love Sadia’s voice - so relaxing! Also intrigued by the way she says pasta!!
I tried the fusilli one and it taste like heaven! Thank you so much for sharing the recipes with us!!
NO WAY was just binging your videos and now I see you’ve uploaded😂 YAY
I will definetly try the mushroom pasta, it looks so delicious and warming
I love this type of recipes, perfect for mys family of two kids and we all love pasta. Thank you for the inspiration!
I absolutely love that you're recepies contain so much veggies!!
you never fail to make me hungry, even when I am eating, that's quite crazy
Omg I gasped when you mentioned the old spaghetti factory! I'm from Victoria and it's one of my favourite restaurants! Love all the recipes❤
Emily Bourgeois I was a waitress at the location in San Jose, CA in 1989. Such a fun atmosphere
The first recipe was amazing, I made it yesterday and it's like my new favourite pasta recipe, thank you so much!!
Your kitchen is so aesthetic!
As a single person who lives alone I LOVE ONE POT MEAL!
how many dishes do you use nutritional yeast for?
Sadia : Yes
It's damn good though
I love all your recipes! And your studio is amazing!
As an Italian I'd say, tried it and loved it!
I wouldn't normally cook it all in one, but it saved me a lot of time on a busy day.
Plus your voice is incredible..It calms me down after a long day to listen to your recipes while cooking. Thank you and please keep sharing these yummy dishes!
Pretty sure this is illegal in Italy where I live but I'd love to try it ☺️
Why is it illegal?
Because this is not the right way to cook pasta, stirred vegetables and pasta should be cooked separately, then stirred together in a pan depending on the recipe. If you put pasta in and reduce the broth it is going to make pasta "scotta", meaning it will be gluey 'cause it was cooked too much. Obviously everybody can enjoy pasta as they like to, but that is really not a thing in Italy
Infatti è scotta
@@robenkhoury7079 it is illegal because the pasta ends up being terribly overcooked...
Jaw Breaker I’m sorry but every country cooks things differently. Maybe this is not the right way to cook pasta in Italy but it’s totally fine in other parts of the world
OMG these pasta dishes look insane!!!! And I absolutely love the way you cook it all in the same pot so less washing up - Genius - my kind of cooking. 🤪😋
I'd love to see you do a Puttenesca type spaghetti without the anchovies of course, but capers and dulse would be good substitutes. J'adore puttenesca ♡
Hi made the Rose pasta last night, it was delicious and very quick. Looking forward to more such quick dinner receipes! Thanks for making our lives easier and a little better! Keep up the good work!
The first recipe literally tastes likes heaven...
Hey Sadia, I just made the mushroom sauce (although I ommited the broth as cooked pasta separately - to scared I would overcook it haha) and it is INSANE! So satisfying and full of flavour, it will be a regular for sure, thank you for sharing!
Loved the Old Spaghetti Factory! Haven’t been to one in years though.
I was just about to comment basically the exact same thing. I haven't been since probably the 90s! Used to love it too.
Beautifully filmed and presented!!
I fixed creamy mushroom pasta yesterday and WOW. So easy and DELISH! Thank you . Now I can’t wait to try other two recipes
5:30 am and you just brightened my whole day up !!! love your channel
Why am I watching this while hungry? I want to eat all of these right now!
Thank you! Everything looks delicious! I'm definitely going to try this. And please please do bring on more videos like this ♥️
I made the mushroom pasta and OMG it’s sooooo good. Perfect comfort food and it has veggies! Thanks, Sadia!!!!
