I have finally made my decision to be vegetarian... It's been actually 3 months and I'm so grateful. You and another youtuber are making things much easier a pushed me to finally remove animals from my diet... And I love it. Never been so in love with this kind of diet. Also found pleasure into cooking that I didn't have before.
I love how you make sure not to waste any part of the food, like when you show how to use the stem of the brokkoli or the seeds of the butternut pumpkin. Great video! =)
Mmm nothing like a satisfying pasta during the colder winter months. Excited to try some of these Sadia, thank you so much for these delicious recipes! (:
Dear Sadia, You are simply the best . Not only at cooking healthy amazing dishes for our bodies ...but at also at giving healing to the soul through your voice . Thank you🙏x
Am I the only one who feels like they committed a major crime if they accidently skipped some of Sadia's video? Everything is amazingly well filmed, aesthetically pleasing and looks delicious, you miss out on a major part of your life if you skip.
@@miraggg - lol. I laugh when I see comments like the 👆above. Some woman was correcting me after I used “LEARNED”. She was so convicted that it was spelled wrong and that “LEARNT” was the only way to spell it. I laughed.
@@miraggg Sounds like the British English pronunciation to me. Is that what you think? But I’m Australian so it’s a little different here too. So hard to define “correct” because it’s so subjective I guess. Interesting to me as I’m currently understanding a linguistics major. 🙂

She can easily open her own restaurant because the dishes look so divine once they are put together. Kudos to the videographer and her presentation every time. P.S. I am so trying the first recipe tonight 🙌🏻
Thank you so much for this video! I just made the second recipe the hummus pasta bake and it seriously was so good I can’t even believe it. I cook vegan food every night and that was one of the simplest and tastiest thing I have made yet. I subbed for store bought vegan parmesan & used frozen broccoli I look forward to trying the rest of these recipes !
I love your way of cooking where you use only what is necessary (for example by cooking the pasta and the peas together), no time or energy consuming items or steps !
Her dishes are amazing and very nutricious, but a plant-based diet is not sustainable on the long term for health reason. I did it for a year in 2016, before I had to stop. Same for many friends. We start for political/ethical reason, we end for health reason. Very few People can sustain an plant-based diet for the long term. Check out some testimony on youtube 👌 hope this can help
I love that you said, "you can also add...but we're not going to so we keep it to 7"! Others always be like "just _ ingredients!" and then add 15 different seasonings 🙄
I made the Grilled Red Pepper Pasta tonight. I substituted the peas with okra. It did not disappoint; my taste buds are happy! So flavorful, delicious & easy to make. Thank you for sharing these recipes! 🫑🍝🍽👩🏼🍳

I love that you use the stem of the broccoli and the skin of the pumpkin. I really don't understand why we learn to throw that away, it's so tasty. And I should try to start roasting the seeds as well, it seems so easy when you do it haha.
I made the Red Pepper Pesto Pasta tonight. I tried it with rice noodles, because I wanted to finally use them. 😅Garnished with a lil fresh parmesan and it was SO GOOD!!!! #thankyou!

Today I'll make the Roasted bell pepper pesto (by the way not in the book, but that's no problem, even more to try!).
