I saw this workout this morning and I absolutely did not want to do it. This workout targeted every single one of my weaknesses. I struggled through this workout but I finished it! I am so proud of myself for not skipping this one. We can only strengthen our weaknesses by facing them!

My phase of life is menopausal and it’s literally killing me. Thank you Sydney for always making me look at the great things my body can do. I am grateful for the journey that my body has carried me through. Two beautiful children many great walks on the beach some amazing fun runs with friends and now it serves me as I continue to build strength and gratitude.

I am so proud of myself! I have three broken finger nails very sore! Also I have a cut on my ankle! I am a very dedicated person with my workouts! Your workouts r amazing and fun! Not hard to me at all. Because of my physical therapy. I have been through for my back condition after my car accident! I love working out with consistency each and everyday! My friends said I am a very strong person! That doesn’t let anything break me down in life! Excellent workout

I finally did this workout after being afraid of it for what feels like months, and WOW!!! Toward the end I tapped into potential I wasn't conscientious of! I imagined popping up for surfing toward the end of the workout to stay calm and focused. Big THANK YOU for the challenge Sydney and the whole team! Good Morning! My arms are noodles. I made it through the push ups!!! So very grateful for Sydney!!! I can't believe how wonderful the programs are. Never imagined I would be enjoying my workouts so much.
While I appreciated the challenge, and always do, this was quite difficult for likely all of us who have wrist issues, as there were so many exercises that required us to be on our wrists. I modified on my own, as I knew what muscles were being targeted, but it can be somewhat alienating when modifications aren't provided.
Epic effort by everyone who crushed this workout today, we did it. Stay calm and stay strong - strength in community and in ourselves during the easier and harder parts of our journey.
I usually dont comment on stuff no matter how good they are, I leave a thumbs up ‘like’ and move on. However some very unique instances that i cant help not adding a comment, and this workout was one! I ve been with Sydney for years now and this probably is the best most enjoyable workout amongst all! I got very excited to crush it by just looking at the title and guessing what exercises we will be doing! Amazing workout Sydney 🫶🏻.
Brutal but I persisted. I wasnt perfect yet I was still victorious. This one had me wanting check out mentally but I kept coming back to my amazing body. Calm and strong. Thank you!
