I admit today was a struggle after my work day yesterday and volunteering band mom at night. But I got 24,000+ steps in. 🤷♀️ But I showed up and went up when I could in weight. I am a fan of standing ab work personally. I struggle with lower back issues and 2 dogs who like to sit on me every time.
Loving the mix of 30 minute sessions peppered in. It’s all about balance and meeting the needs of all your followers. I will happily do a 50 minute workout the same way I will happily do a 30 minute one. Most of all I appreciate that they’re FREE! I also walk daily so on the days the workouts are shorter I don’t have any problems achieving my daily exercise goals. I am a smart and pretty resourceful follower so I promise not to complain when the workouts you post don’t exactly go my way. Thank you for all that you do for us. Xoxo 🤗 💋

These shorter workouts are good for me when I don’t have much in the tank but enough for 30!! Living with a chronic condition makes workouts hard sometimes 😅 these are great 👍🏽

I am happy to inform you that last weekend I completed Grand Canyon Rim 2 Rim hike, which is about 24 miles. We did in 2 days with a one night stay at the bottom. Big Thanks to Sydney and her amazing workouts that helped me to build upper and lower body strength !!!!
I know it was just at the end but I love a good plank or plank variation, so that was my favorite abs exercise. Thank you for reminding us how important finding joy infusiuons in our daily lives are! :)

Another Amazing workout. I am so proud of myself. I pushed my 25’s dumbbells for push press. It’s amazing what you can do when you put your mind to it. I am feeling so much stronger these days. This makes me so happy!!! 💪
Loved the oblique work in this one and even surprised myself by upping my push press weights to 20 lbs for the last round, it was HARD but I did it! Thank you for the push, Sydney!
Shoulders are my weak spot for sure. Worked hard with heavier weights. I also love the 30 min workouts. Makes it more manageable to knock out before work!
I'm a few days behind. I was on a total body mind relaxation of bhaki. Happy and grateful to be back. My practice was dedicated to the woman and children in the world who are enduring violence. Praying for peace and clarity of those in charge. I'm blessed to be typing, safely from nyc, stating my fave exercise this morning was the mermaid crunch with 5lb weight. I'm so grateful and priveledged to be here like this. Thank you universe for allowing me this safety.

My favorite move for core was the leg raises I put a yoga block in between my ankles and for one round my hands above my head and yeah I felt the 🔥. I know everyone crushed this.
