    I love your workouts. No matter what the time frame is, I’ll make it work.. if 40 mins doesn’t work that day then I know I can find a workout on your channel that will fit my day. Everyone has an opinion about everything and it’s impossible please them all. Just keep being you and doing what you love. You helped me and hundreds of others just like me.     I love this new program! I don’t feel like I have to miss any of the workouts now. I work 14 hr days on the weekends and am unable to do anything else. I loved this workout. My favorite ab exercise was the standing twist. I felt it everywhere. Thank you Sydney for working hard for us!!

    That workout flew by!! Love when you mix ab work into any and all the workouts!! Especially legs and thighs - those workouts are usually the hardest so the abs break it up a bit! Thanks Sydney - you're the best!

    Loved the oblique work in this one and even surprised myself by upping my push press weights to 20 lbs for the last round, it was HARD but I did it! Thank you for the push, Sydney!

    Loving the mix of 30 minute sessions peppered in. It’s all about balance and meeting the needs of all your followers. I will happily do a 50 minute workout the same way I will happily do a 30 minute one. Most of all I appreciate that they’re FREE! I also walk daily so on the days the workouts are shorter I don’t have any problems achieving my daily exercise goals. I am a smart and pretty resourceful follower so I promise not to complain when the workouts you post don’t exactly go my way. Thank you for all that you do for us. Xoxo 🤗 💋

    Shoulders are on 🔥. Mermaid is always my favorite. I can control how much challenging I can make this. Doesn't matter whether we are doing straight sets or combos or supersets, we are all getting a great workout. Thanks Sydney.❤

    Another Amazing workout. I am so proud of myself. I pushed my 25’s dumbbells for push press. It’s amazing what you can do when you put your mind to it. I am feeling so much stronger these days. This makes me so happy!!! 💪

    I admit today was a struggle after my work day yesterday and volunteering band mom at night. But I got 24,000+ steps in. 🤷‍♀️
    But I showed up and went up when I could in weight.
    I am a fan of standing ab work personally. I struggle with lower back issues and 2 dogs who like to sit on me every time.

    I love you Sydney but I miss the 5 x days a week and feel we're just doing very simple, similar exercises/formats at the moment....help us mix things up so our bodies don't get used to it. Thank you!

    Question: if I don’t want to increase my lean muscle mass because I have enough, what tempo do you suggest? I’m trying to push heavier weights, but I also don’t want to build any more muscle. I know that sounds cliché but I’ve done a body scan and I have a significant amount of lean muscle mass. I’m just working on trimming the little bit of wobbly bits.

    In a 30 min work out one only did exercise for about 19 min with 8 exercise of two min each is 16 plus 1 min of plank is 17. I wonder what am I doing here!

    I crushed it I had to go down in weights to feel it in my shoulders cause with heavy weights I felt it in my biceps and triceps more

    Happy Friday everyone. Amazing workout my shoulders and abs were feeling it. My favorite move for core was the leg raises I put a yoga block in between my ankles and for one round my hands above my head and yeah I felt the 🔥. I know everyone crushed this. Now go recover drink water eat protein and carbs and do one amazing thing that makes you smile. Xoxo

    Loved today’s workout. I crushed. I tried to go up in weight but due to shoulders popping I stayed at a comfortable weight and did 1 2 and felt great. I love your top Sydney

    I also LOVED this workout. It flew by for me and I was surprised how easy some of the shoulder exercises were for me so I had to up my usual weight which was a great feeling. I’m dripping in sweat 😅 I love the mermaid crunches the best by far…I feel it in my inner thighs, my obliques, my shoulders, so good 💪🏼 Ready to crush the rest of my day now 😎
