I had to stop in for a second and show some love. I’ve never heard of the Sydney workouts till I met my new girlfriend. At first, I just watched, then I started to do them every now and then but before I knew it, I was hooked and became a believer. I recently turned 40 and my body feels better than it did in my 30’s when I was lazy 😢. I appreciate the workouts and the words of encouragement when I’m wanting to quit. Sometimes it feels like you drop a little motivation seconds before I want to take a break 😂 and it pushes me to not stop till you call for the rest. I’m sure you hear it a lot but one more time won’t hurt. I appreciate the workout vids.
Perfect 30 min. I've been sick for the last week and this was definitely challenging. Just enough to get me going again. Couldn't lift as much as I normally do but I know I can't at this point. I have to give my body the time it needs to recover. I am being kind to me knowing that this is the case and I will be back and stronger if I listen to my body. Thanks Sydney. 😊

Wow.... ouch for sure. Especially after shoveling snow all day..... starting to focus more on the quality of what I eat.... need to bring cholesterol level DOWN !! Thanks for all you do Sydney & Dustin

Really enjoyed build up of muscle groups to finish with core. Would love to see a video or shorts that provides a modification for each body group or move to incorporate into workouts that I can't do a specific move in. 😊
I loved this format - I prefer longer stretches and finishing off one area at a time VS hopping around to different areas - loved this and I am sure I will feel it tomorrow

you can youtube search for modifications, hope you were able to find the ones you needed
