If it’s not meeting your need for the day cool just swipe to another program! But can we just please appreciate her and what she does! Not trying to disrespect or offend just really don’t get it. If I don’t like the workout I skip it and do something else but let’s not make it a negative! Just not the WOD for you that day! Love what you do for you and what works! That’s all! This was SO hard and I loved every minute. I didn't even get a chance to look at the clock because I was working SO hard, thanks! On a personal note my cholesterol dropped 29 points and I am confident it was committing to the Sydney workouts AND diet changes. 205-176; I also gained 6 lbs of MUSCLE, 126-132, and my Dr was like, "WOW"!
Just hit 5y anniversary with Sydney. This one was amazing! It never ceases to amaze me how Sydney puts so much education and thought in her workouts. Heart rate up the entire time. Muscle fatigue. All boxes checked! Thanks so much for your dedication to us and the channel!

if the working periods are going to be longer, then there really ought to be longer rest periods as well- 15 seconds in between 60 second work periods could easily invite injury given that it’s barely any time to feel recovered at all and the reps suffer overall (my lower back was terribly feeling it); just a bit of feedback i hope you will consider for the future! i wouldn’t mind these workouts being extended to longer 45~60 min sessions if the quality of reps can be even better with adequate rest time ^^ thank you for everything that you do!
I totally understand that feeling and also sometimes feel similarly. I think the goal of long work periods with only 15 sec rest is to work on endurance. I try to just drop the weight when I feel it in my back during the longer sets and it usually helps me feel the burn of the long work periods but not compromise form. Also totally miss the 45 - 60 min videos so would be open to that too :P Congrats on crushing it and being in tune with your form!
I accepted and crushed this challenge on Thursday, 11-30-2023! I really love the ladder-style workouts! Whew! By the way, I love the set, color scheme of the set, the programming, the timer countdown for the strength moves, the motivation, and the videography created by Dustin and Sydney. When I earn more funds, I'm buying more Royal Change apparel!

I’ve been following Sydney faithfully since 2019 and this was by far the hardest leg workout I’ve ever done. Felt a little physically ill at times but pushed thru to the end!
I’m always blown away by how fresh Sydney always manages to make things feel. This one was a real challenge and can’t wait to feel the soreness in my legs later. Thank you Sydney and Dustin for all you do!

I miss Sydney and the community! I've actively followed Sydney's calendars and workouts for over three years. After I broke my ankle bone last weekend, this old lady will have to sit it out through December and maybe even longer. Sydney, perhaps you can do a series for staying strong with lower body injuries or recovering from an injury series, please?!?
