@@ultrafeel-tv Well, to answer, no you do not need to do it. What Stephan means is to use the belly laugh to lean on the diaphgragm to have a better voice. No need to touch your belly while talking lol. Just practice deep laughs comming from your stomach and than talk in that. Cannot get any simpler than than
Whenever I try to speak I get so frustrated because I have to repeat myself because people didn't hear what I said. I don't know if it's mechanical or psychological.
That's really a good question. It could be a combination of both..There definitely is a need to get used to your own stronger voice when you work on improving your "mechanics"...A lot of people speak with half their voices all their lives because they just get used to it and it feels comfortable...There are a few mechanics involved for sure. And then you need to get used to the change..I can tell you from personal experience, it changes everything when you can express yourself with your full voice and feel comfortable with it. If you ever want to get personal help from me do reach out for coaching..via my website.👍
It's like driving. You get lessons you feel weird doing it you feel better doing it...and then it becomes an automatic skill .with this it's just about getting used to actually using your voice fully..you know..the sound of it. .we have to get used to our own stronger voice.👍
So what exactly do you suggest? Always touching our bellies when talking to get a feel what's going on there during talking?
Well, obviously not..didnt i explain it clesrly enough? 🤔
@@StephanErdman no, not at all. Please explain what you mean by touching your belly while laughing. In what way should this help our voice?
