This is my first try at yoga for a very long time. Great Video Like I said Before . One nitpick I would Mention is at the 5:18 Mark they have you put you hand on your opposite knee and stretch the opposite arm over your head bet they fail to do the opposite side and jump straight to the next movement. I pause for a few seconds and do the other side before continuing on with the video!

This chair yoga is very helpful, after the chair yoga ,I just got up and walked without pain to the kitchen to boil my hot water to have a warm bath.... thankyou ,I will continue chair yoga tomorrow evening before bed......GOD BLESS ❤️🙏
