      @@josephinemevissen2008 I have done this three times now in one week. I will say it works I feel sore in my abs aside from me going to the gym. I've noticed a line on my upper abs and I'm cubby in that area. I googled if these workouts are efficient and scientifically they are.

    I love these 5 mins ones when I don't have a much time. Or do a dance workout and throw this in at the end for an abs hit.

    just so you know im going into this without an already flat stomach
    day 1: done ✅
    day 2: did twice and it burns 😭 ✅
    day 3: done ✅
    day 4: done ✅ doesn’t hurt as much but no results yet
    day 5: done ✅ idk why i’m really bloated today so can’t see results yet
    day 6: done ✅ i really struggle with the fourth exercise does anyone else???
    day 7: done ✅ yay one week! idk if i’m tripping but my stomach is lowkey looking flatter
    day 8: done ✅ starting to see results
    day 9: done ✅ it hurts way less than when i started and it’s easier to keep up with maddie
    day 10: done ✅ idk what i was on yesterday but it burns today
    day 11: done ✅
    day 12: done ✅
    day 13: done ✅
    day 14: done ✅ two weeks yay!! i’m really happy that i managed to stay consistent
    day 15: done ✅ honestly results vary day by day bc some days my stomach looks rlly flat and other days i’m bloated. my weight is also really fluctuating, going between 61.9-63.7 in days and back down again. this is probably bc i’m twelve and going through puberty atm so i think that everyone’s results will look different depending on age, height, weight and maturity, so don’t be discouraged if, like me, you can’t see immediate results and keep going. you got this!

      I also started working out when I was 12. But I didn’t start getting results till I was 18.
      Being consistent was pretty difficult back then and my body wasn’t quite ready to start building real muscle yet. Since you are starting out pretty young I have some advice for you:
      Keeping our bodies healthy is our responsibility as the people inside of them, but ‘health’ looks a lot different for different people. You have to be aware of how you feel about what you’re doing and try to accept and move on from shame with your performance and looks even on the bad days. I love where I am at my fitness journey right now and that is because when I start getting serious about it again at 17, I prioritized health, and building muscle. I started practicing intuitive eating and really cared about what I was putting into my body -and going to the gym was showing my body love for how capable it is, and how I am blessed enough for it to be physically able to do what I’m asking of it- not an effort to change it.
      Elizabeth, you will not look like the girls that are three times your age because that is their hormone level that shapes women like that, and young girls dont have the estrogen or progesterone level high enough, and everybody’s hormones fluctuate differently at different ages. Your goals will come with time, People are meant to look different, and you dont need another number as a human to define yourself by.
      A channel that really helped me when I was, your age was Linda sun who is an amazingly positive UA-camr. Another one was Julie and Camilla, who are TikTokers and are very vocal about how to create good relationships with the gym and eating.

      @@squa-squathedragon4124i loved how u phrased everything and your right about it all!! im 18 too rn and its crazy the coincidence of how i found comfort as well in linda sun at 13. it’s so difficult especially at that age getting into fitness with the expectations as women way older than us. linda sun did such a amazing job with encouraging healthy fitness behavior and mindset! i still love to binge her vids every other day :)

    ACTUAL PROGRESS: ⭐️
    What I did:
    ~Did this for a week, no diet, no extra steps or activity
    -Didn’t track days but I will start now!
    Progress:
    Day 7: Because of no extra walking/burning weight I have a bit of loose skin around my abs. Going to try some cardio as well! ✅
    Day 8: Felt normal not much pain and I can see my abs coming in, need to do cardio in order to see it more! ✅
    Day 9: More painful but there’s slight definition around my abs! ✅
    Day 10: More painful in one part of my abs but managed to do it! I ate a lot yesterday while watching wicked so not much difference! Did a 10 min cardio workout! ✅
    Day 11: Not as painful but still feel tight, I definitely have abs but I need to lose more weight to help show it more. Did 10 min cardio workout! ✅
    Day 12: Completed, it was painful. Ate unhealthy dinner yesterday however you can still see slight abs. ✅
    Had a huge break but coming back now.
    Day 13: Completed, body was tired easier ✅
    (Since nobody is engaging with the comment I’m just going to finish here, I’m going to continue this but I won’t be posting!) 🧡

    Doing it for 2 weeks!! ( Not skipping any days) ACCURATE RESULTS!!
    Day 1: ✅ Doesnt hurt.
    Day 2: ✅ HURTS A LOT. I can feel the upper part of my abs forming and can see it a bit. Did twice, second time didnt hurt as much 😢
    Day 3: ✅ Felt good, didnt hurt as much as yesterday. I SEE RESULTS!!!
    Day 4: Hurts alot! Same as yesterday.
    Day 5: Doesnt hurt. Seeing something not sure if its my imagination 😢😢
    Day 6: same thing
    Day 7: same
    Day 8: saw something 🤨🤨
    Sorry for not updating but after doing it for 2 weeks I could see it!!
    Update after 4 months: missed a few days otherwise looks great!!

    I love Maddie so much!!! I have been doing her for 2 years now and i cant find anyone even close to as good. ❤ The funny thing is, Maddie used to go so fast when doing all of her excercises and now, she moves much slower and explains everything as she goes. Maddie, you have improved your videos so much and they are just super enjoyable and leave me feeling good about myself. Keep up the great work!!! You never fail to please me 🎉❤😊

    I love this a lot too, it's short and Intense. I really love this channel, I have noticed that my quads are bigger after a three months course using the 300 squat challenges and my abs are growing aswell due to the Abs exrcises, I used to do the 10 min Abs, but I couldn't finish it, but this one hits the sweet spot, I will do it daily

    I did this as a cool down and geesh! I couldn't do more than two reps before having to stop for a second and continue. I haven't targeted my abs in a few months so this definitely will get me back on track. TFS! ❤

    Doing this for about 2-3weeks!(Ps:i don't have a flat stomach😅 and not following any diets)
    Day 1:✅I FELT SO SORE!!
    Day 2:✅I decided I'll do it morning and evening. So far only in the morning for now.Def felt the burn!Done it in the evening alongside 2 other 10min workout. Im a dripping fountain

    Love your workouts! I'm returning to exercise after a health issue (ongoing but improving) and increasing cautiously. Tricky for a former endurance sport enthusiast! I have never been able to do a full sit-up. Can you recommend a progression of exercises that will get me there?

    I am going to do it for 15 days and share results:
    day 1: ✅
    day 2: ✅
    day3: ✅
    day 4: ✅
    day 5: ❌ i had to skip it
    day 6: ✅
    day 7: ✅ workout is not very difficult to do but something is giving me lower back pain ( maybe the 3rd exercise)
    i will keep on going for now
    day 8: ✅
    day 9: ✅ i modified the 3rd exercise a bit to support my lower back ( i did leg lifts and reverse crunches separately) last exercise still kills me
    day 10: ✅ ( i am continuing with the modifications, i think it is helping me)
    day 11: ✅ ( modification seems to be working bcs i am longer facing the lower back pain)
    day 12: ✅
    day 13: ❌
    day 14:✅
    day 15: ✅
    day 16: ✅
