I also started working out when I was 12. But I didn’t start getting results till I was 18. Being consistent was pretty difficult back then and my body wasn’t quite ready to start building real muscle yet. Since you are starting out pretty young I have some advice for you: Keeping our bodies healthy is our responsibility as the people inside of them, but ‘health’ looks a lot different for different people. You have to be aware of how you feel about what you’re doing and try to accept and move on from shame with your performance and looks even on the bad days. I love where I am at my fitness journey right now and that is because when I start getting serious about it again at 17, I prioritized health, and building muscle. I started practicing intuitive eating and really cared about what I was putting into my body -and going to the gym was showing my body love for how capable it is, and how I am blessed enough for it to be physically able to do what I’m asking of it- not an effort to change it. Elizabeth, you will not look like the girls that are three times your age because that is their hormone level that shapes women like that, and young girls dont have the estrogen or progesterone level high enough, and everybody’s hormones fluctuate differently at different ages. Your goals will come with time, People are meant to look different, and you dont need another number as a human to define yourself by. A channel that really helped me when I was, your age was Linda sun who is an amazingly positive UA-camr. Another one was Julie and Camilla, who are TikTokers and are very vocal about how to create good relationships with the gym and eating.

ACTUAL PROGRESS: ⭐️ What I did: ~Did this for a week, no diet, no extra steps or activity -Didn’t track days but I will start now! Progress: Day 7: Because of no extra walking/burning weight I have a bit of loose skin around my abs. Going to try some cardio as well! ✅ Day 8: Felt normal not much pain and I can see my abs coming in, need to do cardio in order to see it more! ✅ Day 9: More painful but there’s slight definition around my abs! ✅ Day 10: More painful in one part of my abs but managed to do it! I ate a lot yesterday while watching wicked so not much difference! Did a 10 min cardio workout! ✅ Day 11: Not as painful but still feel tight, I definitely have abs but I need to lose more weight to help show it more. Did 10 min cardio workout! ✅ Day 12: Completed, it was painful. Ate unhealthy dinner yesterday however you can still see slight abs. ✅ Had a huge break but coming back now. Day 13: Completed, body was tired easier ✅ (Since nobody is engaging with the comment I’m just going to finish here, I’m going to continue this but I won’t be posting!) 🧡

I love this a lot too, it's short and Intense. I really love this channel, I have noticed that my quads are bigger after a three months course using the 300 squat challenges and my abs are growing aswell due to the Abs exrcises, I used to do the 10 min Abs, but I couldn't finish it, but this one hits the sweet spot, I will do it daily
