Don't do intense core training every day for a week. Make sure to have at least 2 Rest days a week for a selected muscle. So for this you can do this plan. Sunday:Rest Monday: Core Tuesday:Run/Weights Wednesday:Core Thursday:Rest Friday:Run/Weights Saturday:Core But running you will lose fat. And by weight lifting your body will absorb fat to make up for the burnt energy resulting in fat loss. If you train the same muscle every day then it will become fatigued. This can be super dangerous because you can tear an abdominal muscle which hurts a lot. Or you can fatigue it so far that the muscle starts to decompose inside of your body which can kill you if not caught. Don't be afraid to push yourself too hard because our brains start to tell us to stop when we are only using 40% effort. As long as there are rest/alternate work out days then your body will thrive in its new conditions
I used to do this workout every day a few months ago and it was SO HARD! I didn’t take any breaks and yes, my core burned but I felt so much more confident! YOU WILL GAIN STRENGTH AND SKILL GUYS JUST KEEP AT IT!!!
Diet has a lot to do with it. I'm on a diet after 11 years of depression working all the weight off my body eating a clean diet of fresh fruits veggies dellie meets along with bagels and peanut butter for protein. Will you get abbs maybe 90 percent diet 10 percent exercise it also depends on genetics
@@unknownnnn2554you get abs through diet. But aesthetic abs that look tough and fit need loads of exercise. There is a difference between skinny abs and strong aesthetic abs

Hello Mads, I was wondering if you could do a video on proper breathing during exercise, It seems hard to me especially during abs workouts, am either holding my breath or doing it really shallow, don't really know when it's the right time to inhale/exhale, if you did one already, sorry, keep up the great content of yours!
Yes I would appreciate this also! I know the key to core workouts is breath and I feel like if I had a few tips I might make it more then 20 seconds lmao

This was a great mini ab workout. One of my goals is to do a quick 5 min ab workout before I get ready for work in the morning. This is a perfect challenging core workout. Thank you for putting them out!!

I have a 12x16 sun room that I like to use for an "office" (I'm retired though, so no work going on!) This is the first winter I've done this. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxl2o1MQU4aMgmFk_cMqer4nH2ptpDEM6h I have 2 x 1500 watt electric heaters that are on schedules in Home Assistant. After less than one month of that, I decided a new solution was needed (electric bill went up quite a bit more than expected). I have a 23,000 btu kerosene heater, so I tried that. It definitely works, too well! It heats the space up quickly, but you really can't turn these types of heater down and have then burn efficiently, so I was always lighting it and putting it out. I decided to try this model, and it is perfect for this application. In the morning at 0600 I turn both electric heaters on and light this heater. Within 30 minutes, it's up to 60 degrees (from 35 to 40F), and within an hour it's at 68F. At that point the electric heaters shut off and pretty much stay off the rest of the day. Fuel consumption is also greatly reduced (as would be expected, given that it's half the size/btu output). I can get 2 x 4 hour burns out of a full tank. I also like having these around as emergency backup heat, this is my third kerosene heater. I wish kerosene was cheaper, but not much you can do about that. I have read that you can use #1 diesel with a bit of alcohol added; not sure if I want to go through all that, although diesel is about 2 bucks a gallon cheaper. More research needed.

day 20! couldn't do it yesterday so here I am now sjdkjf the 5 minute ones are always hard but I like how quick they are hehe it was a good day, I definitely felt it in my legs/booty and also in my abs, thank youuu ♡
Thank you. I loved this video. Yes, please, please, I'd love more 5 minute workouts for arms, abs and legs. These are the only ones I do, cause I get the time for just that, haha. Thank you again.
i might be wrong so take this with a grain of salt!! but i’ve always tried focusing on thinking about how my arms need to push into the ground with as much weight as possible (pretending to the crack the ground with the pressure your bringing into it). if i can focus on that then it makes it easier to release the tension to my lower back to flatten out more!!
(my previous comment is in regards to planks) while doing the stuff on the floor think about pushing your lower back into the ground like i said before- just don’t hurt yourself obviously LOL
I enjoy working out along with you …. Btw your puppy is getting big and so beautiful 😍 I have to admit…. Since doing your videos since August of this year… my hip pain has gotten less that I haven’t taken any Advil since … thanks so much ! 🥰🙏🏻 all the best !
Ab workouts are never the waste but if you want some proper gains, or fat losses which are more important for gaining abs, you should follow some structured and personalized diet plan! I got mine from nextleveldiet, but there are many more great options (especially if you are lazy like me and hate counting calories and macros). I lost 8lbs of fat in my first month, but I have just started💪
definitely felt the burn after 4 minutes. could only do a 30 sec plank, but I don’t think it’s all that bad….. I exercise pretty late so I only did 5 minutes today after eating a lot of snacks. Still better than nothing imo. Felt guilty for eating snacks today bc I’ve been gaining weight on my face and stomach again, hopefully I can get back to a mental state of mind to do longer than 5 minutes! Thanks for the burn!

I never knew my body could hurt so much after five minutes 😂😂
Another great and intense workout for people who are time poor! Thanks, Maddie! 👏🏻👏🏻
honestly felt harder than some of the 15min cor workouts! but it was short, so i like to think i was pushing extra hard
I loved this! Keep us the positive motivation! I’d love to see more quick workouts like this
day 20! couldn't do it yesterday so here I am now sjdkjf the 5 minute ones are always hard but I like how quick they are hehe it was a good day, I definitely felt it in my legs/booty and also in my abs, thank youuu ♡
What are your results so far?
Thank you. I loved this video. Yes, please, please, I'd love more 5 minute workouts for arms, abs and legs. These are the only ones I do, cause I get the time for just that, haha. Thank you again.
Intense and on the floor, love it! You could do more of these!
this workout is so easy and amazing .Trying to keep my track body in shape Great workout
love all her workouts, great to have short options; I need tips to on what to do if I can't keep my low back flat though!
i might be wrong so take this with a grain of salt!! but i’ve always tried focusing on thinking about how my arms need to push into the ground with as much weight as possible (pretending to the crack the ground with the pressure your bringing into it). if i can focus on that then it makes it easier to release the tension to my lower back to flatten out more!!
This was a great add on workout after walking/running 4 miles thank you 💪💪
Hi! Did walking/running help you lose any weight?
I do this almost every day!! Thank you!!
great workout. That 4th exercise really hit harder than I thought it would!
Good luck on your journey! 🗺
Loved this!! Really felt the burn and every exercise was unique and interesting, awesome!!💪💗👏💖
I really struggle with motivation and energy so these five minute workouts are amazing for me!
Hey Maddie! My best friend and I would love if you did our request.. A dance workout to a paramore song any of your choice! It would be awesome if you did. 😊💫
She’s the best ! It works I will do my before and after once I’m confident LOL I still got some work to do but after all the videos I’ve done thanks to her this one works I feel the burn every time which is awesome and I know it’s working
Started this with another 8 min workout without stopping huge progress for 3 months…
I'm a gymnast, so that alone is usually a pretty intense workout, but this was a quick and easy core workout❤!
Hey maddy! Can home workouts help make you more lean or do u HAVE to join the gym for it? How long does it take to get lean with home workouts?
It 100% is possible! I haven’t worked out in a gym in years now and have seen tremendous progress. The time will all depend on your current state, your goals, and your diet! I would highly recommend checking out my APP! It has structured HOME workout programs + a food tracking system & recipes to help achieve your goals ❤️
