doing this for as long as I remember! please like my comment to remind me to leave updates :) Day 1: I had to take multiple short breaks. I kept on sliding off my mat during the leg lifts.. 😅 the burn was INTENSE though! Day 2: my core is still sore from yesterday’s workout so i’m going to stop until it heals Day 3: core is less sore, completed the workout with a lengthy break around the 3-minute mark. one word: OUCH (in a good way)! Day 4: skipped :( Day 5: i did 3 back-to-back ab workouts including this, my last one. i didnt feel any burn for some reason but i was SUPER exhausted, which could’ve replaced the burn somehow haha. i took two short breaks (~10 seconds) in total. my abs are more defined than they ever were! hopefully i remember to do this, haha! Day 6: done along w a few other ab workouts! my core isnt sore at all. :) Day 7: done Day 8: skipped Day 9: done without any breaks :)

I just started doing this one because I had a big time drop for 30 minutes to 5 -8 minutes,but my abs we’re on fire , after just one week I had a defined ab line , after a month I had actually abs but let me just tell you when you first start it’s rough but after a while it gets better.😅

I just did this for the second day. I actually wanna cry. My ribs have been hurting all day and I can't laugh without feeling like I'm gonna break soemthing. Think that means it's working though
Pairing this with 30 Minutes cardio 4/5 times a week Day 1: Killer!!! Had to take breaks in between 10-15 seconds each. Hope to do this workout with no breaks in 7-8 days. did workout at 11pm Day 2: 30 Mins cardio. When I first woke up my core wasn't really hurting but then throughout the day it started hurting. Did it at 8pm and it was definitely burning!!! Didn't take that many breaks at all maybe 2-3 seconds x3. By the time I got to bicycle crunch I was in pain!!! but a good pain. I did have to take a longer 5-10s break by this time (when she started the bicycle crunches). Day 3: Done
Will be giving an honest review 1st day- doing it. Really it is hurting my stomach a lot. Half exercise is remaining. Let’s see what will happen tomorrow. Stay updated. 😉 (btw for reference I am 16) Day 2:- done!!!! So much interesting (🤭😅) It was fun doing it. I loved the cramps when my abs were stretching (not abs, I mean my belly) Honestly I recommend it. Day 3:- So, while doing it my belly was hurting a lot. Day 4:- want to quit but won’t. Nothing is easy. If I have to gain something then I have to lose something. Trying hard 😭

I do your 6 minute one in the morning and this one in the afternoon. Im 14, and pretty muscular, but my stomach is never flat. Im hoping that this works because i want abs or at least a flat stomach for the summer!

Only felt the heat in the last exercise. Liked that there’s no rest and it’s a minute for each exercise. It’s all front core and I would have liked some side and back core work too. Good to do this as a circuit, 3 rounds and maybe a minute rest between each round.

Day 1: felt the burn, stopped twice in between for about 20 seconds each. My shoulder blades weren't off the ground the whole time.
Day 2: stopped after 35-40 seconds in the first exercise. Could do the others without stopping.
