Day 2: Did it in the morning with my sister, still really hard, HUGE burn. (No physical diff yet) Day 3: Did it in the morning again with my sister, got a little easier. Did it again in the afternoon - got a lot easier! Day 4: ❤ skipped a day Day 5: ❤ skipped another day, core is so sore. (BUT did 9 minute-tabata and other exercises for about 10-15 minutes) Again, no changes yet. Day 6: ❤ Skipped again LMAO. But I walked to school and back. I tried this for a few days now and it really burns during the workout but a don't feel any pain in my muscles a day after. Does that mean a don't gain muscles or it means I just don't feel it? But I think a can see a bit of a result already

If your lower back was hurting it’s because you weren’t engaging your core enough once you fully engage your core you don’t feel your back at all

Day 1: felt the burn, stopped twice in between for about 20 seconds each. My shoulder blades weren't off the ground the whole time.
Day 2: stopped after 35-40 seconds in the first exercise. Could do the others without stopping.
