    YALL I CANT RECOMENDED THIS ENOUGH!! I’ve been doing 30 minute workout everyday for months and they never worked. Recently I didn’t have enough time so I switched to this and in ONE WEEK I SAW A DEFINED AB LINE

      If your lower back was hurting it’s because you weren’t engaging your core enough once you fully engage your core you don’t feel your back at all

    im 13 and honestly pretty fit. its just that i want more challenge and definition, I want to turn my flat stomach into something more. School starts back up in about 7 days since im on winter break. I think i'll do this everyday until then and continue. Thank you for this!!!

    Doing many ab exercises for months and has not seen many changes so far. I started doing this workout about a week ago daily and my ab has flatten already whatt! my top recommended workout if You want to be challenged and see changes soon. Thks loved it❤

    doing this for as long as I remember! please like my comment to remind me to leave updates :)
    Day 1: I had to take multiple short breaks. I kept on sliding off my mat during the leg lifts.. 😅 the burn was INTENSE though!
    Day 2: my core is still sore from yesterday’s workout so i’m going to stop until it heals
    Day 3: core is less sore, completed the workout with a lengthy break around the 3-minute mark. one word: OUCH (in a good way)!
    Day 4: skipped :(
    Day 5: i did 3 back-to-back ab workouts including this, my last one. i didnt feel any burn for some reason but i was SUPER exhausted, which could’ve replaced the burn somehow haha. i took two short breaks (~10 seconds) in total. my abs are more defined than they ever were! hopefully i remember to do this, haha!
    Day 6: done along w a few other ab workouts! my core isnt sore at all. :)
    Day 7: done
    Day 8: skipped
    Day 9: done without any breaks :)

    Doing Pamela Reif's abs workouts has really conditioned me to endure hard abs workout because this was so easy. It felt like a beginners workout!

    Day 1: felt the burn, stopped twice in between for about 20 seconds each. My shoulder blades weren't off the ground the whole time.

    I just started doing this one because I had a big time drop for 30 minutes to 5 -8 minutes,but my abs we’re on fire , after just one week I had a defined ab line , after a month I had actually abs but let me just tell you when you first start it’s rough but after a while it gets better.😅

    workout 1: "dang did not know this was a neck workout"
    workout 2:" OMG why do i keep sliding off my mat[crying face]"
    workout 3: " feel the burn"
    workout 4: " when will this end[sad face]"
    workout 5: "WTF THID BURNS"
    after: " let go check the mirror to see if their are any abs :]"
    Editi " HOLD UP GUYS!!!!! this really works im not trying to make up things but i did two other befor this one whole body and one ab the first one 5mins and the other 7mins and im not kidding i just looked in the mirror and my stumich is thinner and their are like very small ab lines and ive only done one so far ill do this evryday and ill let yall know how long it took my to get flat tummy/ abs

    Pairing this with 30 Minutes cardio 4/5 times a week
    Day 1: Killer!!! Had to take breaks in between 10-15 seconds each. Hope to do this workout with no breaks in 7-8 days. did workout at 11pm
    Day 2: 30 Mins cardio. When I first woke up my core wasn't really hurting but then throughout the day it started hurting. Did it at 8pm and it was definitely burning!!! Didn't take that many breaks at all maybe 2-3 seconds x3. By the time I got to bicycle crunch I was in pain!!! but a good pain. I did have to take a longer 5-10s break by this time (when she started the bicycle crunches).
    Day 3: Done

    Will be giving an honest review
    1st day- doing it. Really it is hurting my stomach a lot. Half exercise is remaining. Let’s see what will happen tomorrow. Stay updated. 😉 (btw for reference I am 16)
    Day 2:- done!!!! So much interesting (🤭😅) It was fun doing it. I loved the cramps when my abs were stretching (not abs, I mean my belly) Honestly I recommend it.
    Day 3:- So, while doing it my belly was hurting a lot.
    Day 4:- want to quit but won’t. Nothing is easy. If I have to gain something then I have to lose something. Trying hard 😭

    Day one didn’t hurt very much I’m feeling good! Obviously no changes yet bc it takes time so t quit bc ur not gonna see changes the first four days!!!! You got this
    Day two ✅
    No changes doesn’t hurt much after but while doing it it hurts a lil! Hoping to see changes soon!
    Day three ✅
    My abs we’re a little bit more toned today but I was also a little bit bloated. But abs were toned so if we stick with it I think it will show excellent results!

    I do your 6 minute one in the morning and this one in the afternoon. Im 14, and pretty muscular, but my stomach is never flat. Im hoping that this works because i want abs or at least a flat stomach for the summer!

    Only felt the heat in the last exercise. Liked that there’s no rest and it’s a minute for each exercise. It’s all front core and I would have liked some side and back core work too. Good to do this as a circuit, 3 rounds and maybe a minute rest between each round.
