Hi I just want to say thank you for the videos you make. I am a 63 yr old retired British Police Officer. When I retired in 2021, I suffered a back injury. With the help of NHS Physiotherepists (Physical Therepists I think you call them) and excercising with your low impact workouts I have made a full recovery. If you have a bad day think of me and all the others and the help you have given to improve our health and well being . :)

Been following along with you for years 🥰❤️ I was wondering if possibly sometime you’re able to make a video over explaining the proper forms for workouts an what exactly you do to position yourself for the most accurate workout?, you are always giving us tips I appreciate them so much ❤️ you do explain . but a video talking about things like the exact foot position, how far apart your legs should be in a glute bridge, etc. maybe going over the basics, just a few , I love you maddy your workouts have helped me feel myself and at my best. Thank you for all you do for us . ❤️
Everyone has different body shapes, weights, lengths. So saying where to place you foot follows one size fits all, where it doesn't, we are all unique, thank goodness
This was a challenging 5 minutes! I have difficulty keeping my low back pressed down with straight legs in the jacknife so I keep them bent. Sometimes I need modifications.
I feel like I have my lower back on the floor but keep feeling that arch present around my mid back when I straighten my legs... I don't understand how I can fix that cause no matter how much I focus to keep it grounded, it somehow doesn't stay grounded the entire time. Also, thank you so so much for all you do. Your workouts are always so helpful 😭💙
I had this problem too, initially. Try not to lower your legs as much. As your core strength improves (especially the lower abs), you'll find it easier to lower your legs while keeping your back flat. If it helps, before you start the exercise, try tucking your pelvis in (as if doing a glute bridge), it will activate the core!
Yes you need really strong abs to keep back flat while legs are fully extended, you’re probably just not strong enough yet. Try doing it with bent legs, and try Pilates too.

The plank. I leave one elbow on floor. Other arm extends forward straight then bring that elbow toward your belly button three times. Then do other arm. It's a killer. Do that for at least 30 seconds.
exactly what i was looking for to do everyday!! just tried this today b4 legs n im kinda dying. that was so hard. i stopped like twice during each one lol day two i was able to do that high plank move for like 10 seconds longer b4 stopping haha day three im on my period so i gave myself more grace to stop but i didnt have to that much!
My core was always already weak, but after having twins... It feels like it is non existent. I did that, to fulfill my daily mini-sports thing, so I don't lose my streak. I adjusted almost everything, according to what I learned in my years of doing yoga and DMN, I will have an ache tomorrow, but I did continue my streak!
I love your channel. You have workouts for whichever body part I want to exercise that day such as abs, arms, etc. I’ve been doing your workouts for years off and on, but this year I’m totally committed to actually getting toned. I’ve noticed improvement in just a few months and I love it. UA-cam is basically my personal trainer to becoming a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader 😂📣🦾
