  • Here I’m showing is the central vacuum my uncle has in his new home. This is the same uncle that previously owned the M85 from his vacation home that has since been sold. If you are new to my channel, this is what their old one was like here: • MD Flo-Master M85 Cent...
This was installed when the house was built about 3 years ago. Since they loved their other one so much that they wanted to get the exact same one in their new home so that’s what I suggested for them to get. Although unlike the other one from their previous home, this one came with a different and a MUCH better powerhead since the other one was so cheaply built and noisy. And also this place is much bigger than their other one so there are more inlets around the house here. It’s all on one floor so there are no basements or upstairs inside the house here. There are 4 of these white electric Hayden Full Face SuperValve Inlet valves plus one out in their casita and there’s a metal utility valve built onto the unit. And also there’s a VacPan in the kitchen. The electric kit is in fact the Ace from MD Manufacturing with a crush proof hose, quality attachments, a wire hose hanger, and telescoping wands. The powerhead is made by Panasonic. Like me, both my uncle and my step aunt LOVE our Panasonic vacuums. It has a manual height adjuster, bright headlight, a quick release wand foot pedal, a wooden brush roll with stiff bristles that picks up dog hair EXCELLENT. Grooms the carpet very nicely, has rubber wheels that prevents from scratching bare floors, very quiet, it uses a Poly V-Belt that prevents from breaking or slipping, and it has a reset button. The garage hose appears to be one of those cheap knock ones with a cheaply built hose and cheap attachments but it does have a nice wire hose hanger that has yet to be put in the garage. MD doesn’t sell those garage kits. I don’t think they use that hose as much as using their wet/dry vacuum that they brought with them when they sold their main home. Finally the power unit. It’s built and assembled in Bakersfield CA (One of the hardest states to run a manufacturing company nowadays). Made of 20 gauge US steel, powder coated white both inside and out. Dual intakes, built-in metal utility valve as I’ve mentioned above, built-in air relief valve that prevents from overheating, top emptying Tru-Seal disposable HEPA bag, three layers of filtration, durable and reliable 5.7” thru-flow 2-stage Ametek Lamb motor at 15 amps. And it’s got a lifetime plus a 10 year transferable warranty, one of the BEST in the industry. This is a VERY powerful unit, it’s one of the BEST single motors central vacuum units that I’ve ever used with incredibly powerful suction and airflow! I’m actually considering putting one of these in my own home because it’s just that great of a system! Either that or maybe the Modern Day M715h. I think a SilentMaster S900r/r2 would be too powerful for me to handle. But if I were to get a SilentMaster unit, either the S900r or the S900r2 is what I would get.
So overall, all three of use absolutely LOVE this vacuum cleaner. Even though my step aunt hates vacuuming, but she’s really impressed with this system. HIGHLY recommend MD Manufacturing either if you’re building a new home or if you’re putting one in an existing home. Check out their website at builtinvacuum.com/
    Hope you enjoyed!

I would highly recommend MD Manufacturing for a central vacuum. I have a mini electric nozzle from them that works great. I have a central vacuum too. And, I love mine.

There's alot of good options from MD, you can't really go wrong with them. But if I had to pick my top three, for smaller homes this system. For medium size homes, the Modern Day M715h. And for larger homes, the SilentMaster S900r.
